Had an exceptional driver, Amad. He texted me to let me know he was already at the airport and photo of where he would be waiting once I cleared customs. He was also so kind to call the hotel ahead to let them know of my arrival. Truly an exceptional experience and such a great way to start the holiday.

Our private airport transfer in Rome was excellent. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, helped with all of our luggage, and got us to our hotel safely and efficiently. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family and all of our bags. After a long flight, having everything arranged in advance made our arrival completely stress-free. Vendor was easy to work with and communicated with us before arrival. The driver was on time and we arrived at our hotel promptly.
Driver was waiting in airport with sign. He was courteous and friendly. Car was clean. Transfer could not have gone smoother.
We apparently had too much baggage. He was not very happy about the number of bags we had, plus a fold up wheelchair. He said we should have mentioned how many bags we had. If that was an issue, that should be a question asked when booking the reservation. He also said he wasn't sure where British Airways was at the airport, however he did take us to the correct building. He also thought we were way too early, but it was super busy when we got there, and we were very glad to have gotten there as early as we did.
