Great week of rest and relaxation even with a couple of cold and rainy days. Our transport from Monday to Negril was fantastic and Andre our driver was great

We booked Ready Wheel Tours to pick us up at the airport and take us to our resort in Negril, in February, 2024. Chez Brown was our driver & tour guide for the ride. He had cold beer & snacks waiting for us in the car & even helped us get our phone hooked up with local wifi! We felt safe, comfortable & taken care of. Can’t wait to go back next year! Already booked Chez for February 2025!

Our driver was a no show, did not answer our messages, we would like a refund please as we had to secure and pay for another way to our hotel.

Super easy to setup with Chez. Miles (our driver) was great! He knows the roads & how to navigate them and pointed out things on the way. We originally booked one-way, but everything was so smooth we booked the return trip as well. Highly recommend!

We had a seamless pickup experience from and to the airport. Chez and Ricardo were excellent drivers and provided interesting information about Jamaica along the the way. On the way to the hotel, our driver also offered to stop for snacks and photo ops which was much appreciated.

We had the best transfer/taxi ride we’ve ever had in life with Ready Wheels Tour company! We’ve been to Jamaica and other islands in the Caribbean more than I can count, we’ve had many experiences. None measure up! Everything was seamless and went beyond our expectations. The company contacted me right after booking, confirmed our travel details, and shared their WhatsApp which turned out to be a huge help. Our flight was delayed 3 times, needless to say our trip started on the wrong foot!!! However, I was able to communicate these changes and the company responded quickly each time. We arrived 4 hours after our scheduled time, and to our surprise we found our driver holding a sign with our name right outside of the arrivals door and were greeted with a pleasant smile. No waiting or searching around in an unfamiliar place!!! He let us know he always tracks the flights to ensure he meets clients on time!! We were whisked away to our private ride, which was cool, clean, and comfortable, and equipped with Wi-Fi! Before we pulled out of the parking lot, wine coolers were in our hand and other beverages such as water & fresh coconut water were offered as well. Our driver showed us around town as we rode to our resort almost 2 hours away and was very kind answering all of our questions and even suggesting some places to visit on our trip. The highlight of the trip was when he asked if we wanted to take a picture with the famous Negril sign which you see pictured here!!! He took photos of us, then opened fresh coconuts for us to drink for the last stretch the trip. I never thought I would be happy about riding in a taxi for 2 hours to my resort after my vacation was delayed for hours but we were really happy and can’t thank Ready Wheels Tour company enough!!! We recommend them to everyone and hope that we get to ride along again 🙂Thank you, thank you!!! The Wards 😊
