Voor aankomstboekingen zal uw toegewezen chauffeur een Meet & Greet-service uitvoeren met een plakkaat met uw naam en u ontvangen in de aankomsthal van de terminal waar uw vlucht landt. Voor het ophalen van vertrek zal uw toegewezen chauffeur u ontmoeten in de lobby van het hotel.

Driver never showed. We have always had a good experience booking transportation thru Viator and in this case we arranged for a car transfer to the airport because of the early hour. Driver never showed so we had to find a cab at 4am.
The driver was very friendly and most helpful. Went out of his way to give us suggestions on how to best navigate the airport.
I booked a meet & greet arrival pickup to go to the hotel. No one showed up and when I called them they told me that I had booked a departure and not an arrival……(why would it be meet and greet if we were departing) so they cancelled the booking. I was not notified by anyone. Long story short we were left without a transfer and had to make other arrangements

Paid for greet and meet No one meet and greet us We had to call to ask where our driver at To find out they forgot to pick us up arr at 7.30 90 minutes later we were told to go out side and look for plate number we found driver ask why no meet and greet he said he just got our hooking 8.55 that morning
The driver picked us up promptly at the hotel and was able to fit in all of our luggage. We had a lot as we had just returned from a long cruise. Booking was also very easy and the company contacted me directly.
