Vereiste informatie om uw reservering te voltooien Om een vlotte en goed gecoördineerde privétransfer te garanderen, gelieve de volgende informatie te verstrekken na de boeking: • Volledige namen van alle passagiers (zoals vereist voor de reservering) • Vluchtnummer (aankomst of vertrek) • Hotelnaam en -adres (ophaal- of afleverlocatie) • Naam van de luchthaven (bijvoorbeeld Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Nevsehir Airport, Antalya Airport, enz.) • Een bereikbaar WhatsApp nummer voor coördinatie en updates Zodra uw reservering is bevestigd, nemen wij contact met u op via WhatsApp om deze gegevens te verzamelen of te verifiëren. Daarna ontvangt u voor uw aankomst duidelijke verzamelpuntinstructies. Houd er rekening mee dat de locaties van ontmoetingspunten kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van de luchthaven. ⸻ Belangrijke timing informatie • Voor het ophalen van het hotel moeten passagiers ten minste 10 minuten voor de geplande tijd klaarstaan in de lobby van het hotel. • De chauffeur wacht maximaal 15 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. Als de passagier niet binnen deze tijd arriveert en er geen contact tot stand komt, wordt de boeking beschouwd als een no-show. ⸻ Belangrijke opmerking over hotellocaties Taksim en Old City (Sultanahmet gebied) hotels worden beschouwd als standaard stadslocaties. Ophalen of afzetten buiten deze gebieden kan een extra vergoeding vereisen. We recently used Cengo for four airport transfers while in Istanbul- at two different airports . He gave clear video instructions on where to go and what to do upon arriving at the airport. The videos were very helpful and easy to follow. Cengo sends the drivers name, car license number and direct contact number for every pick up. Text communication was always answered immediately. We had one very early morning pick up where we had to be ready by 4:30 AM . The driver hadn’t arrived by 4:35 so I texted Cengo and he had another driver there within less than five minutes. That actually made me feel so comfortable because sometimes things happen, but knowing that he has a back up in place completely put me at ease. I highly recommend Cengo for private car transfers in Istanbul!
