Amazing service, they waited for us at arrivals with our name on a tablet. Was very easy to spot, and the van was right outside. Driver was very nice, and professionally dressed. There was water waiting for us in the van. Everything A+ will use again for sure.

Booked an airport pick up with them and it was a nightmare. We travelled as a family of 3, my parents and I. The driver was loaded with attitude. First he slowed down at several places to take phone calls, significantly delaying us. Second the seat next to him wasn't accessible as he stoved his luggage beneath it so we had to uncomfortably adjust at the back, all 3 of us. Thirdly, we had 3 suitcases as we were going towards the car, he took the staircase all the way down. I asked him twice if there is an alternate route as I had with me my mom who is 70 years old and a patient of osteoporosis and my Dad who is 77 with Arthritis. Each bag was 20Kgs and they couldn't have carried it and nor could I. As a woman it was tough for me to do so. He couldn't care less about responding to my question about an alternate route and so I and my dad carried the bags down the stairs, only to be told later by lady that there was a Segway which was wheelchair friendly and we could have dragged our bags as opposed to carry them down the stairs. I have no other experience with this operator nor do I intend to. I booked their services via Marriott Budapest. It's a 5 star hotel, so I would think they too had a responsibility to ensure they sent sane people and not someone like him, who let alone help, believes in hurting customers. Very bad start to my Hungarian vacation.

Please allow us to clarify a few details to reassure future travelers: the transfer was carried out with a luxury Mercedes V-Class minivan, equipped with bottled water and handled by one of our most experienced chauffeurs, who has been with us for many years and has received only excellent feedback from our guests. He was dressed in a suit and tie and greeted you at the airport with a tablet sign, as is our standard practice. Regarding the phone call mentioned, there was only one brief hands-free call of less than half a minute, during which our office checked that everything was proceeding smoothly after we had received your email request for the driver’s contact number. We are also sorry for the misunderstanding at the pick-up point. The driver did assist with one of the larger suitcases, and all luggage was safely arranged to ensure your comfort. The small personal bag you noticed in the front was his own, discreetly placed so as not to take up passenger space. We regret any confusion about the route with stairs — our intention is never to cause inconvenience, especially to guests traveling with elderly family members. We have already reminded our team to proactively offer route alternatives whenever possible. We sincerely hope that despite this misunderstanding, you were able to enjoy your time in Hungary. The driver has wait for us in the airport and took us to the hotel despite our delayed flight it was very comfortable

Our driver was waiting when we arrived to take us to our hotel. Along the way he had some wonderful suggestions for experiencing the wines and wares of this beautiful city. The coach was clean and comfortable. A wonderful experience! A great beginning!

We were picked up promptly at our hotel in a beautiful Mercedes Benz SUV and had the most pleasant driver and ride to the Budapest Airport.

Viking was supposed to pick us up but when our flight was moved to arrive at 1:10 am in Budapest, they removed the transfer from our itinerary. I booked Viarir to make sure someone was there. Our flight did not get in u til 1:55 am. Our ride was right there for us in a very nice Mercedes van. We walked straight to it and he whisked us to our hotel.

Our driver was right on time to pick us up at 5am from our Airbnb location. The van held all of our luggage for the 4 adults travelling together for 3 weeks in Europe. Our driver loaded our items and drove us safely to the airport.
