Aankomsttransfers: uw chauffeur staat klaar bij de uitgangspoort en houdt een bordje met uw naam vast. Let op: de chauffeur wacht tot 01:00 uur en 20 minuten vanaf de werkelijke landingstijd van uw vlucht op aankomsttransfers. Als u een vertraging verwacht, neem dan contact op met de lokale operator of de Desert Voyagers Tourism hotline om hen op de hoogte te houden. Als er na de wachttijd geen contact wordt opgenomen, wordt dit beschouwd als een 'no-show' en vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Vertrektransfers: Zorg dat u 10 minuten vóór uw geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van het hotel aanwezig bent. Bovendien: voor vertrektransfers houdt de chauffeur rekening met een uitstelperiode van 15 minuten vanaf de geplande ophaaltijd. Als u een vertraging verwacht, breng dan onmiddellijk de lokale exploitant of de Desert Voyagers Tourism-hotline op de hoogte. Indien er na de aangegeven wachttijd geen contact tot stand wordt gebracht, wordt dit beschouwd als een 'no-show' en vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Houd er rekening mee dat dit een privétour/activiteit is, waardoor een exclusieve ervaring voor uw groep wordt gegarandeerd. Alle reizigers zijn welkom om deel te nemen.
