○ Gimpo Airport naar Seoul: onze chauffeur staat klaar voor de overdekte vergaderpoort met een naamplaatje erop. De vergaderpoort wordt toegewezen door uw vlucht. het is dus gemakkelijk om onze chauffeur te vinden. (Ook ons chauffeursteam zal contact met u opnemen via WhatsApp nadat u bent geland.) ○ Seoul naar Gimpo Airport: onze chauffeur staat 10 minuten eerder dan de vergadertijd voor uw hotel klaar Zorg ervoor dat uw vergadertijd minimaal 3 uur vóór uw instaptijd moet zijn. (Binnenlands: 3 uur eerder, internationaal: 3,5 uur eerder)

Driver was on time and extremely helpful packing all the luggage and a foldable wheelchair. He was very patient loading our friend who is handicap. Although he didn’t speak much English, we understood what he wanted to say. He drove us right up to the port terminal to unload us and the luggage easier. Would you use them again if we needed transportation service.

We had an excellent experience. Due to heavy traffic our driver was a few minutes late, but we always allow for more time than necessary. The van was clean and comfortably held our family of 7 with 7 full size suitcases plus backpacks. Our driver, Mr. Kim, was very friendly, communicated frequently, and spoke English very well. I would use this company again!

Everything was okay but I think we forgot in this car from Japan Duty Free Sake drink 3 bottles. But they said they didn't find.
You must have already found that item elsewhere. Now, what you need to do is summon the courage to rightfully correct this review. Furthermore, it is only fair that you properly compensate the kind yet unfortunate airport pickup company, who couldn't even receive payment due to your problematic credit card.

Perfect transfer option for our family of 6 adults with carry on luggage and personal items! The driver was on time, communicative, and helped pack our luggage in and out of the van. The van felt very new and was in great condition, no complaints at all!

Driver dropped me outside the hotel not at the drop off.. I paid the amount to just fetch me from Gimbo airpot to Seoul Howard Johnson hotel, he just told me he is not familar where the dropped off and just dropped me. I could have just take a taxi.. cheaper and maybe will know the street better..
Most of the guests are really nice, but sometimes it's hard because of guests like you. Howard Hotel is only at Incheon Airport. It's not in Seoul. How could our driver not find it? but truth is... you just want to save money with ill- mannered way. right? i know you are very familiar with korea and korean way. You only paid the fare from Seoul to Gimpo Airport, but we took you to Howard Hotel in Incheon Airport because we thought you were in trouble. (Without charging you extra fee) Isn't it a bit harsh to leave a review like this because you didn't carry your luggage to the hotel lobby that was blocked by a barricade? I hope you reflect on what manners are after seeing your review that made our sincerity of moving to Incheon Airport without extra fee meaningless.
