Pickup Details voor reizigers Om een vlotte en stressvrije reis te garanderen, gelieve rekening te houden met het volgende : Standaard ophaaltijden Internationale vluchten : Ophalen is gepland 2,5 tot 3 uur voor uw vluchttijd. Binnenlandse vluchten : Ophalen is gepland 1,5 tot 2 uur voor uw vluchttijd. Dit geeft voldoende tijd voor inchecken, veiligheidsmachtiging en onverwachte vertragingen in het verkeer. Ophaallocatie Zorg dat u op het afgesproken tijdstip klaarstaat op het door u bevestigde ophaaladres. Uw chauffeur zal u via telefoon of sms verwittigen wanneer ze aankomen. Een respijtperiode van 15 minuten is toegestaan zonder extra kosten. Te laat? Mocht u te laat komen, laat het ons dan zo vroeg mogelijk weten. Wachttijd langer dan 15 minuten kan extra kosten met zich meebrengen. Bagageherinnering Zorg ervoor dat uw bagage is ingepakt en klaar staat voor het ophalen. Als u oversized of meer dan drie stuks bagage heeft, informeer ons dan vooraf zodat we het juiste voertuig kunnen toewijzen. Voor het ophalen van uw vlucht op de luchthaven volgen wij uw vlucht in realtime. Als uw vlucht vertraging heeft of eerder aankomt, passen we de ophaaltijd hierop aan. Wilt u uw ophaaltijd aanpassen? U kunt contact met ons opnemen om uw boeking te verzetten of bij te werken. Wij raden u aan om wijzigingen ten minste 4 uur voor uw geplande ophaaltijd aan te brengen.

Nathan was on time and waiting for me outside upon my arrival. He assisted with loading my luggage and drove safely to my hotel. Nathan communicated with me the day before my arrival and remained in contact until my plane landed, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service. My only suggestion would be to have a printed sign with the pickup name, as there were many people waiting outside the airport, which could make identification easier.
