Na aankomst op de luchthavens van Istanbul is het enige dat u hoeft te doen om uw reis in Istanbul voort te zetten, ons te ontmoeten! Dus bij uw aankomst en nadat u uw bagage uit het bagageafhaalgebied heeft gehaald, wacht een lid van ons personeel op u bij de aankomstuitgang 8 met een bord met (T34) (zie ons begroetingsbord zoals hieronder). Mocht u ons begroetingsbord niet herkennen, vraag dan naar de naam van ons bedrijf "TTG Travel" of bel ons op onderstaande contactnummers. Informeer ons alstublieft goed over de landingstijd van de vlucht.

Very good service. We were contacted from the moment the plane landed and then changing messages until we contacted the coordinator.

Very disappointing experience We had to wait for the driver for 30’ Driver didnt drop us off to our hotel front door but to a side street because he didn’t wanna drive around the block. We had to walk around with heavy suitcases Immediately contact the operator about it, was told dropping off in front of the hotel is prohibited. Which was a lie because other guests were getting drop off at the front door at the same time than us. Just to make sure we asked front desk if there was any issue about drop off at main entrance of course they said it was not. Won’t use their service again.
There was quite a bit of waiting/walking to the car. A few other parties were serviced before I received my ride. Coming off a 13 hour flight the wait seemed too long, be aware there are a few other groups amongst you waiting , not sure how they select who goes first or last, this is not the type of arrangement where you walk out the airport and the car is waiting nearby.

Very easy to find the company and connect with the driver. Was traveling solo and the electric battery-powered transfer van was large and comfortable. Driver brought me straight to the front door of my hotel near Taksim. Would recommend.
