Your driver didn’t show up!!’ No phone contact. Had to hire a taxi. All this close to midnight. Nothing else to add to service that was not provided but recharged in full
Dear, Our driver was late because of previous transfer he had (that plain was late) and he contact you right after finishing that transfer. You firstly did not answer and at the and reply that you took a taxi. As a compensation to you we organized (free of charge) drop off transfer to airport few days later. We are sorry for discomfort that you have.
Driver was waiting in the right place, on time, and with a readable sign! Nice driver although he spoke virtually no English. Traffic was terrible but he got me to the hotel just fine!

Driver was waiting at the arrivals exit when we came though all the passport control and baggage claims steps. Ge was friendly with valuable, local insights. Provided a great narration on the way from the airport to hotel, answering questions about sights and history.
