The Great Park is een openbaar park in Irvine, Californië, met een focus op sport, landbouw en kunst. The Great Park is de thuisbasis van de NHL Anaheim Ducks-trainingsfaciliteit, het Wild Rivers-waterpark, het FivePoint Amphitheatre en een sportcomplex van wereldklasse. Het is een niet-luchtvaarthergebruik van het ontmantelde Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) El Toro.
San Clemente staat bekend om zijn stranden, architectuur uit de Spaanse koloniale tijd en horeca. De stadsslogan van San Clemente is "Spaans dorp aan zee".
Dana Point met zijn jachthavens en eclectische boetieks is een startpunt voor cruises om dolfijnen en walvissen te spotten. Surfgolven rollen naar het nabijgelegen Doheny State Beach en Salt Creek Beach, dat wordt ondersteund door een grasrijk park.
Laguna Beach is gemakkelijk een van de mooiste kuststeden van Californië. Het staat bekend om zijn vele kunstgalerijen, baaien en stranden. Main Beach heeft getijdenpoelen en een promenade die leidt naar de paden en tuinen van het nabijgelegen Heisler Park. Aliso Beach Park is een populaire surfspot. De wateren bij Crystal Cove State Park zijn aangewezen als onderwaterpark. Paden slingeren door kustkloven in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.
Newport Beach staat bekend om zijn grote haven vol boten, het openluchtwinkelcentrum Fashion Island en de 8 haveneilanden. De meest populaire is het eiland Balboa. Grote landhuizen en ongelooflijke vakantieoorden bedekken de heuvels aan de kust van Newport. Balboa Peninsula heeft 2 pieren en de Balboa Fun Zone, een ouderwets pretpark met een reuzenrad en uitzicht op de oceaan. Lokale stranden zijn onder andere Corona del Mar en de Wedge, bekend om zijn hoge golven.
Huntington Beach staat bekend als Surf City USA. Populair vanwege de grote zandstranden en de beroemde Huntington Beach Pier. De stad organiseert tijdens de zomermaanden de US Open of Surfing en Pacific Airshow.
John Wayne Airport (KSNA) is de thuisluchthaven van Joy Air. Tijdens vertrek en aankomst zie en luister je naar vliegtuigen in alle soorten en maten.

I graduated A&P school so I wanted to treat myself with a solo tour. I was blessed enough to have Bruce as my pilot, he was amazing! Very professional, friendly, and overall a great guy. He was nice enough not just to fly me and show me the beautiful view from up high, but explained to me how everything worked. I extremely recommend taking this tour, everyone should do it at least once in their lifetime!! Thank God for pilots like Bruce.
A great experience! We had Wes as our pilot and he was amazing! Since I mentioned I was a student pilot he went into more detail on the communications side of things. We will definitely be back! Fly with Joy Air all the way!

Joy Air accommodated a same-day request to get us in the air for my 40th birthday, and it turned into one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. Lingering at altitude in a smooth, fixed-wing aircraft with a personable, engaging, and professional pilot was an extraordinary experience. I flew with my best friend and my 2.5-year-old son, who was beyond excited to “go up, up, up and bump the sky!”—pure joy. Seeing Orange County from above lends itself to an entirely new perspective. The rolling green hills, dramatic coastal cliffs, and the teals, blues, and aquamarines of the Pacific stretching along the shoreline were absolutely stunning. From Newport Harbor and Balboa Island to Laguna Beach and Dana Point, every moment felt special. Joy Air made the experience feel personal, warm, and celebratory. I can’t imagine a better way to mark a milestone or simply reconnect with the beauty of our coast. Highly recommend—10/10.
There is no better way to experience the Newport, Laguna Beach area than this tour!! Our pilot Bruce was a true professional in every way. He shared his deep knowledge of the area, history, geography and so much more. He even spotted a pod of no less than 300 dolphin and circled around them giving us an amazing view. It was a truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.
Wesley facilitated an amazing flight experience for us! I was a little nervous to fly in such a small plane, but Wesley was calm and reassuring the entire flight. It was so neat to see all of Orange County from the air. Truly magnificent. Love Joy Air! I would go again in a heartbeat!

Took my fiancé on a private air tour, she was my girlfriend at the time but i asked her to marry me mid flight over the ocean, over looking the coast line. It was perfect. We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean, Crystal clear lagoons, and beautiful beaches. Our tour guide and pilot Wesley was super cool and very knowledgeable of the whole area we flew over. Ended up with some amazing videos/pictures and memories for me and my new fiancée to share. 10 out 10 would recommend and would absolutely do it again
