Ga op een spannend avontuur van een halve dag, ontworpen voor kleine groepen en een persoonlijke band met de natuur. Vlieg door de jungle op twee spannende tokkelbanen en abseil vervolgens in een kristalheldere cenote voor een onvergetelijke adrenalinestoot. Daarna kunt u ontspannen met een verfrissende duik en snorkelen tussen prachtige rotsformaties en glinsterend licht onder de oppervlakte. Het is de perfecte mix van spanning en sereniteit in een werkelijk unieke natuurlijke omgeving.

We did the private jungle adventure tour in April 2026. We were a party of 13, a mixture of adults and kids. While booking was a breeze, the transportation reliable, and tour guide knowledgeable, the tour left a very bitter taste in our mouths due to the tactics they used to try to get us to purchase a very expensive photo package (they wanted to charge us $270 for digitals!). It would have been okay if we knew about this in advance (we may have even purchased it), but they made sure to tell you to put all your stuff away so that you end up not having any cameras on you to take your own pictures. You want a memory of your adventures? You got to now pay up. Don't do what we did and comply. Bring your own waterproof camera and at least keep one with you. Then you don't have to feel like you wasted your time posing for pictures you'll never see again. What was also very annoying was that the photographer "paparazzi" was supposed to have met us at our first stop, the ruins. Since he failed to join us there, we did not get any "professional" pictures of that leg of the tour. I guess that was lucky for us because we actually do have pictures from that portion. Many of us were rappelling/zip lining/visiting a cenote for the first time, so we would have loved to have captured pictures of that, especially involving the brave little ones. They tried to make-up for the fact that the photographer did not take pictures of us at the ruins by incorporating random pictures of scenery that you could probably google and get better photos of. To top it all off, after 6 hours, our group wanted to go back and enjoy more beach time. Instead they held us for almost another hour so we could see their picture presentation, which we ended up not buying out of principle because we felt extorted. We did not want to reward the shady practice and neither should you. If you do book with them, make sure you bring your own camera just to capture your own memories in case you don't want to buy their very expensive photo package. We are still very upset and disappointed about our experience. I will not book with them again as a result.

We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the photographer missing the ruins portion of the itinerary and for the delay at the end of the excursion. Your comments regarding the presentation timing and overall approach have been shared with our management team for review, as we continuously work to improve the experience we provide to our guests. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can do better. We regret that this situation overshadowed what should have been a memorable family adventure and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Darla our guide and Carla our photographer were amazing! Darla was so good with my kids and so knowledgeable! She got my son to get over his fear and repelled down to the cenote with ease. The trip to the jungle was close to our resort which was awesome, I would definitely do this tour again and would recommend our crew to anyone!

Sea turtles, sting ray, ziplining, and rappelling into a beautiful cenote all in one day. One of the best excursions I’ve ever been on. Hamlet was an amazing guide and Jorge was an awesome driver.
