Our family traveled from California to Venice to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and booking a photoshoot with PicTrip was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. Our photographer, Mimoza, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we met her at a small coffee shop in Venice, she made us feel completely comfortable — like we were exploring the city with an old friend rather than doing a formal photoshoot. The entire experience felt natural, relaxed, and fun, never awkward or pressured. We started with a beautiful 30-minute gondola ride through Venice, passing under the Rialto Bridge and through smaller canals that were absolutely stunning. Mimoza grew up in Venice, so she shared so much history and local knowledge with us throughout the shoot. She also knew exactly where to go during a busy weekend to avoid crowds while still finding the most beautiful scenery. We brought a flying dress for the shoot, and she knew exactly how to work with it! She captured some amazing and fun photos of our daughter wearing the dress along with a carnival mask she had bought in Venice. We also took photos on a charming small bridge and around St. Mark’s Basilica, and she even shared recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. The photos themselves were beyond amazing. We received 111 gorgeous images from our one-hour session and had such a difficult time narrowing them down that we ended up purchasing over 60 photos because they were all so beautiful. This experience was the perfect way to begin our first trip to Venice and gave our family memories we will treasure forever. We highly recommend PicTrip and especially Mimoza to anyone wanting beautiful photos and an unforgettable experience in Venice!

The best experience ! So happy we took the time to do a photoshoot. Our photos came out so beautiful. I had a hard time just picking 30. Manjola was so friendly and so easy to work with. We got to ride on a gondala and take photos away from the crowds in hidden Venice spots.

The best part of trip was getting our photos taken in Venice. Manjola was so easy to work with, gave us great photoshoot tips. We got to ride the Gondola and take photos away from the crowds and people. She even gave us a little history tour. Our photos are going to last us a life time. So happy we booked with Pictrip. She even got our photos back way ahead of scheduled.

Our photographer, Mimoza, was wonderful and worked very well with our kids. The pictures turned out beautifully! The gondola ride is not too long, but doesn't feel short either. I think 30 minutes when you are with young kids is enough to get the experience without it getting boring for the kids. Dario, our gondolier, was wonderful too. He even sang for us! We could've just done the gondola, but this gave us wonderful pictures that will always remind us of our amazing time in Venice.

Mimoza was a wonderful photographer and guide. Her positive energy and easy going manner put all of us instantly at ease. She took us to some beautiful spots for photos and organized a lovely gondola ride. A truly magical experience for our first family visit to Venice!

Viator scammed me and of course it was during a once in a life time opportunity, proposing. Do not trust. Paid for a 90 gondola proposal tour with professional pictures. Couldn’t get us a gondola. Finally got a 20 min ride that I had to rush proposal and no pictures. Do not trust viator with your special moment!

We had a great experience. Mimosa was very accommodating and protectively reached out to change our time due to weather. When the weather lifted we were the first ones out on a gondola in the city. She was very helpful with tips for the city as well.
