Een privé tour (we combineren geen groepen) en volledig aanpasbaar. Uw privéchauffeur wacht u op bij de uitgang van uw schip om 7u30. U heeft de shuttlebus niet nodig. U vertrekt direct naar Rome, waar u verwacht over ongeveer een uur aan te komen. Onderweg van de haven naar Rome kunt u met uw chauffeur praten en uw route bepalen om de tour aan te passen. Je hebt ongeveer acht uur om Rome te bezoeken voordat je terugrijdt naar de haven. U kunt ons kantoor verzoeken om uw skip-the-line tickets van het Colosseum (Eur 40,00 pp), Vaticaanse Musea & Sixtijnse Kapel (Eur 60,00 pp) en het Pantheon (Eur 10,00 pp) te kopen. PRIJS VAN DE TICKETS IS NIET INBEGREPEN. Wij kunnen voor u een gids boeken voor de 3 uur durende privé wandeltocht van de Vaticaanse Musea, Sixtijnse Kapel en de Sint-Pietersbasiliek (3 uur) of Colosseum en Forum (3 uur).

De chauffeur stopt bij het Pantheon zodat je een paar foto's kunt maken. Je hebt de kaartjes nodig om de beroemde tempel binnen te gaan. Vraag ons kantoor om de tickets voor u te kopen.
U kunt ons kantoor verzoeken om de skip-the-line tickets voor het Vaticaanmuseum voor u te kopen. De Sixtijnse Kapel is opgenomen in de Vaticaanse Musea. We kunnen ook zorgen voor een privégids voor de 2 uur durende wandeling door het Vaticaan.
De chauffeur stopt bij de Trevifontein zodat je een paar foto's kunt maken.
De chauffeur rijdt over het plein van Venetië zodat je een paar foto's kunt maken van de beroemde Vittoriano, het grootste openbare monument dat in de moderne tijd in Europa is gebouwd. Het zeer oude paleis van Venetië (500 jaar) gemaakt door paus Paulus II en het balkon van Mussolini.
De chauffeur stopt bij de Spaanse trappen zodat je een paar foto's kunt maken.
De chauffeur stopt bij Capitol Hill zodat je een paar foto's kunt maken. Hij zal laten zien waar je moet lopen om de top van de heuvel te bereiken om vanaf de top een geweldig uitzicht op het Forum Romanum te hebben.
De hoofdstraat van Rome. De oude Via Flaminia. Je ziet het Italiaanse parlement en het financiële district van Rome. Je chauffeur zal je de vele historische paleizen laten zien die nog langs de weg staan.
Je chauffeur stopt een paar minuten zodat je de beste foto's van het oude Rome kunt maken vanaf de top van de Janiculum-heuvel.
U rijdt via de weg midden in het grootste Monumentale Gebied ter wereld. Het Forum van Trajanus, Augustus, Caesar en Nerva. Dertien eeuwen geschiedenis om je heen voor je onvergetelijke dag in Rome.
De chauffeur stopt bij het Circus Maximus om enkele foto's te maken.
Een van de mooiste pleinen van Europa. De chauffeur zal langskomen om enkele foto's te maken van de beroemde fontein van Bernini: de vier rivieren. Het plein heeft nog steeds de ruïnes van het ondergrondse Domitian-stadion uit de jaren 80.

Just got back from our private tour of Rome for a family of 6. (18-20 year olds + mom & dad). 5-star all the way! Remember… you are trying to cram sooo much into one day, it’s impossible to do without a private driver AND tour guide, especially when coming on a cruise b/c the port is 90-minutes away. You MUST opt for driver & tour guide for the whole day, which is around $1250 extra, but includes the “skip the line” tickets to all attractions plus the guides time. Driver picked us up at the port in a nice Mercedes sprinter van that holds 6 in the back. Drove to Rome and picked up our tour guide and had a quick coffee/pastry before our first stop at the Pantheon. Our guide helped us skip the line to get in and out quickly. Next to the Trivee Fountain where he even gave us coins, and had bottled water waiting when we got back to the van. Onto the Colosseum where he got us past the massive lines. He was great to give us just enough history and education to appreciate what we were seeing, but not drag it out and waste time. Next onto the Spanish steps, and a great lunch at an authentic Italian restaurant. It’s the middle of a massive heatwave in Europe so it’s extremely hot, but the AC van rides and lunch break helped us cool off and recharge between stops. The afternoon was Vatican City & Sixteen Chapel, we got to skip sections you can only do with an official guide, and would have been impossible to see had we not gone with them. Lastly we insisted on a quick Gelato stop before rushing us back to the ship with only 30-minutes to spare. I’m so sorry I forgot the names of our driver and guide, but they were both great and no way we could have packed so much into one day without them. Book with confidence.
My family and I had a stop in Rome as part of our 7 day cruise and Andres showed us a time! He was very personable, attentive and knowledgeable of all of the areas we wanted to see. We had 4 main places we wanted to spend time at but we definitely got way more. He also reserved lunch for our family at traditional Italian restaurant that is often visited by the Pope! We had a great day. Would definitely use this company again!
We booked this tour after we finished a cruise. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Stefano our driver/guide was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made our day very efficient and we were able to get to all the places we wanted to see. He also recommended a wonderful small restaurant to eat lunch at that was reasonably priced with excellent service. The company also was able to get us tickets to the Vatican with a guide (Laura) who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient as well. I would highly recommend this company. Well worth the expense!
Stephano, our driver met us just as we got off our cruise ship. His car was a very clean well maintained Mercedes van. Customize the trip to fit our schedule and needs. Made an excellent reservation for lunch purchased all of our friend of line passes in advance. Basically did everything for us. But the thing that he did that I certainly couldn’t do was drive us around Rome. I don’t see how anybody that hasn’t lived there. Their whole life drives an automobile there thank you Stephano!
Our group of 6 were able to experience Rome in the best possible way because of the private arrangements made. Stefano our chauffeur was the epitome of gallant Italian charm. He was punctual, informative and kept us on schedule despite our gelato escapades. The company had organised our day and prepaid for our timed entry tickets at the Pantheon, Colosseum and the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. With additional stops at the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and delicious lunch. The personal tour with Patrizia was engaging and we loved how she was able to show us things we would not have noticed in the short time we had. We also appreciate the office staff who were responsive to our questions and requests we had and their dedication to providing good service and experience. Grazie mille.
Our driver, Stefano, was waiting at the cruise port holding a sign with our name on it. We met our guide, Patricia, once we arrived in Rome, and she already had all of our skip-the-line tickets. We visited all of the sites as described in the tour, and she was able to add so many more. Patricia set us up with lunch at an excellent restaurant before we went to the Vatican. Patricia was an amazing tour guide and could also be a stand-up comedian. She was very knowledgeable, but also hilarious. We laughed the entire day at her quick wit and jokes. We also learned so much about the history of Rome. Patricia knew all of the security at the Vatican, which helped us skip lines and avoid crowds by being allowed to cut through areas only accessible by security. Patricia was also an excellent photographer and took numerous pictures of our group throughout the day. Stefano did a fantastic job driving throughout Rome and getting us back to the port within the allotted time. I can't say enough about this tour, Patricia and Stefano. My wife and I have travelled all over Europe, and this was by far the best tour, tour guide, and driver we have ever had! Well worth the money!!!!
Our driver, Stefano, was very friendly as well as knowledgeable and with many suggestions to enhance our day in Rome. He also arranged lunch for us at a lovely neighborhood restaurant and brought us to a gelateria that served the best gelato we ever had.
Our driver was Stefano, he did a great job showing us around Rome. We opted for the company to buy all the entrance tickets which made it extremely convenient and worry free. This tour can only cover so much of Rome. We got off of a cruise ship and I felt it was a good starting point for when I decide to visit again. As for accommodations, about a month out we had another two in our family that decided they wanted to join my family of 4. The company was very helpful in getting them added as well as getting the entrance tickets for the additional 2. I highly recommend this company and tour especially for cruisers.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING can’t begin to express how happy we are with the company’s service and especially our driver Stefano. We had questions and also setting up agenda for the day to coincide with the tickets that we had purchased they answered all questions, offered helpful insights and accommodated everything. Most importantly they did EVERYTHING just as they stated. Stefano was wonderful, very professional, extremely informative, he had planned our trip around our pre purchased tickets so that we were able to see all of the major sights as well. Very well thought out and planned and even included lunch reservations at a wonderful local restaurant. This was the best excursion we had our entire trip. We understand some hesitation when booking online because we had some too but this company is legit and delivers what they say. We VERY STRONGLY suggest using them.
