Wil je de Cinque Terre bezoeken maar heb je beperkte mobiliteit of uithoudingsvermogen? Met onze privé Easy Cinque Terre & Pisa excursie kan dat! Plus: KINDEREN 12 EN ONDER TOUR GRATIS. Onze chauffeur haalt u op bij het schip. We bezoeken Portovenere, Vernazza en Corniglia - drie van de mooiste en meest indicatieve plaatsen in het Cinque Terre gebied. We hebben ze geselecteerd omdat ze vrij plat zijn, dus ze zijn zelfs voor degenen die mobiliteitshulpmiddelen gebruiken beheersbaar. Aan het eind van de dag maken we een korte stop in Pisa. De veerboot nemen om van Portovenere naar Vernazza te reizen is een optie (extra kosten). De geschiedenis van Portovenere is lang en interessant en gaat terug tot de 1e eeuw voor Christus, maar de meeste mensen genieten er gewoon van vanwege zijn charme. De belangrijkste attracties zijn de imposante 13e-eeuwse Sint-Pieterskerk met zijn opvallende zwart-witte strepen en de kleurrijke rijtjeshuizen langs de jachthaven die doen denken aan Portofino. Literatuurliefhebbers zullen zich herinneren dat Lord Byron vanuit de grot die nu naar hem is vernoemd, over de golf van La Spezia zwom om Percy Bysshe Shelley in 1822 te bezoeken. Portovenere is geëvolueerd van de vissersgemeenschap in de Romeinse tijd tot de basis van de Byzantijnse vloot na de val van het West-Romeinse rijk tot de poort naar Cinque Terre vandaag: een levende ansichtkaart van weelderig groen terrein tegen de schitterende blauwe zee.
Vernazza is misschien wel de meest populaire van de Cinque Terre-dorpen. De jachthaven is erg levendig, met veel terrassen waar je kunt genieten van een verfrissing of een snack. Je zult waarschijnlijk tijdens de lunch in Vernazza zijn (afhankelijk van de ophaaltijd), en er zijn veel goede restaurants met zeevruchten en de uitstekende lokale witte wijn. De hoofdstraat in Vernazza is een geweldige plek om te winkelen of te pauzeren voor wat gelato (ijs). Voor architectonische bezienswaardigheden is er Castello Doria, het middeleeuwse fort van Vernazza. Beklim de Belvedere-toren voor een fantastisch uitzicht (kleine toegangsprijs). De kerk van Santa Margherita di Antiochia is ook een bezoek waard: eenvoudig maar erg mooi.
Van alle Cinque Terre-dorpen heeft Corniglia het middeleeuwse aspect het best behouden. Het is het enige dorp dat hoog op de kliffen ligt en niet bereikbaar is met de veerboot. De smalle straatjes zijn aangenaam om doorheen te slenteren en in Corniglia is een goede ijs (ijs) te vinden. Er zijn enkele mooie kerken, maar de beste plek in het dorp op het openbare terras met panoramisch uitzicht langs de kust.
Op "Campo dei Miracoli" in Pisa vindt u niet alleen de scheve toren, maar ook de kathedraal, de doopkapel en de begraafplaats, allemaal opmerkelijke monumenten. Als u het campo santo of de doopkapel wilt betreden voor de akoestische demonstratie op het uur en een half uur, moeten tickets van tevoren worden gereserveerd. Dit doen wij graag op uw verzoek (meerprijs).

In Livorno halen we je op en zetten je af bij het schip. NEEM GEEN SHUTTLE! Als het personeel van het schip u naar de shuttles leidt, zoek dan iemand anders en vraag waar de privéchauffeurs op de pier wachten. De ophaaltijd van deze dienst is flexibel; we zullen het indien nodig aanpassen aan uw doktijd.

Stefano was incredible. We really enjoyed having him with us for the day. He was very careful driving very patient with the children and very kind to us telling us lots of information about where we were . He was prompt and very courteous. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

We were wanting to see the Cinque Terre for many years. We decided that this year, during our 42nd wedding anniversary it was a great time to see it. Our guide, Paolo, was wonderful! Incredible views and hit some beautiful areas. Our guide was fun and interesting and knowledgeable. Was also very flexible with timing and where we wanted to go.
There is no tour guide - just basically a driver. We signed up with what I thought was a trip to Pisa and 3 villages in Cinque Terre. The day before received a call from the tour company that we signed up for a tour out of the wrong port (we were on a cruise ship) therefore we would not be able to go to Pisa because of the distance- just the 3 villages in Cinque Terre and because it was late notice, we couldn’t reschedule or get a refund for not being able to complete the whole tour. The driver was very nice and courteous and did his best to answer any questions we had. The tour was good if you basically just want a driver - but if you are looking for someone to give you a little knowledge of the area and the sites, this tour is not for you.
Michelle, Thanks for your feedback. I take issue with a couple of your points, however, which I will respond to for the benefit of anyone who might be considering this service. The tour is advertised as having an English-speaking driver. A separate tour guide is not included. The basic information that your driver gave you is really all you need to know. What you got was precisely what is outlined in the description. Seeing as you booked a service from the wrong port and didn't even notice until our fleet manager caught the error, it appears you might not have been paying enough attention to the information presented. We did not have any discussion about rescheduling, which I suppose is only logical, seeing as you're on a cruise ship. I don't know what sort of refund you would have expected. It was you who made the mistake when you made your booking; you booked Easy Cinque Terre & Pisa from LIVORNO, but we don't offer that service from La Spezia. We substituted the closest thing, after we discussed it and you were in agreement. I don't see how we can be found at fault with respect to this. Because time was short, I suggested keeping your booking as it was instead of going through all the girations to cancel and rebook it through Viator. I made the adjustments on our side, saving you a bunch of time and hassle. It also saved you money, as I explained to you on the phone. In light of the fact that we bent over backward to rectify an error that was not ours in a satisfactory way -- with your consent , and in a way that also saved you time, hassle, and money -- I have to confess I'm a bit perplexed by your review, but I thank you again for the opportunity to have an exchange that might benefit the next client. Fernando, our driver, was excellent, getting us to the sites quickly and efficiently. Was very accommodating to all our requests. The tour was great, with very picturesque locations. The whole family really enjoyed the experience, would definitely recommend.
A lot of incline walking up and down and cobblestone roads did not make for easy travel for two elderly relatives (and Easy was the reason we chose this for a family tour.)
