Traveled with my son for two weeks in Scotland and Ireland. The drivers were aways on time and very nice. It gave me confidence that there was one less thing to worry about.
We confirmed our pickup the night before for a van for 4 people. 5 minutes before pickup the transport operator called us asking what type of vehicle was needed. 15 minutes later they sent. Small sedan. All the luggage did not fit. We had 4 suitcases snd 4 backpacks. We ended up with luggage on our laps. We paid $178 for one way to Dublin airport in a car that was too small. Will take uber next time. I asked for a partial refund, viator said no.
Booking my airport transfer from hotel to the airport was easy. The operator was easily reached when confirming our pick up time. The vehicle comfortably fit four adults and four large suitcases.
Driver was a pleasure. Made the return trip more of a city tour than a ride to the airport. Great job!
Old, smelly and dirty vehicle, driver was questioning the booking. Did get us to the airport. Very different from other transportation bookings I've made, where the vehicles were new and clean
15 minutes late with no call. I had to call Viator to see if the reservation was correct on their part.
I paid $125 USD for this transfer from Dublin City Centre to the Dublin Airport. The total drive time is 20 minutes. This transfer was subcontracted to a local taxi service. The local taxi was on time and the drive was good. However, the taxi meter from pickup to drop-off points showed total charges would have been $30 Euro. I would never utilize this company again because the $125 USD charge was excessive beyond belief. We would have been much better off to just arrange a local taxi.
We requested a vehicle to transport 6 of our party to the airport. An Uber notice was received (unexpectedly). Not only didn’t expect Uber but didn’t expect a Toyota Camry that would only seat 3 people. Then another vehicle appeared who knew our name. We figured out that 3+3 = 6!!! It would have been nice to know that we were going to get 2 vehicles for our 6 people!!
Driver was ON TIME picking us up and delivered us ON TIME to the airport safely with zero stress. When traveling with a large group the last thing you want to worry about is getting around the city to the airport. Don't hassle with a cab who won't show up or an Uber who decides five minutes ahead they dont want to pick you up. This was the best thing I had for our trip. Please tip your driver!
Don't like that they don't confirm the day before. Also it was two taxis and they were kind of unaware of the whole set up (how many people and luggage) and it was a tight fit to the airport with luggage. We were expecting a van or something bigger but we did get to the airport ontime and the drivers were kind.
