Onze transferdiensten zijn 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week beschikbaar, zodat u zich nooit zorgen hoeft te maken over uw aankomst in Dublin. Onze chauffeur zal u ontmoeten en begroeten nadat uw vlucht is geland en u direct naar uw accommodatie overbrengen.

Nadat je de douane hebt ontruimd en je bagage hebt verzameld, ontmoet je je chauffeur bij de aankomsthal in de aankomsthal van de terminal. Bestuurders houden een naambord met de naam van de klant. Mocht u uw chauffeur niet kunnen lokaliseren of vertraagde airside zijn, dan is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om de noodlijn te bellen alvorens alternatieve regelingen te treffen. Als we niet op de hoogte zijn van vertragingen, wacht de chauffeur 45 minuten na het moment van landing, waarna uw transfervoucher niet meer geldig is.

- De duur van de transfers is bij benadering, de exacte duur is afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag en de verkeersomstandigheden.
- Als u met een nachtvlucht in Londen aankomt, zorg er dan voor dat u boekt voor de datum waarop u landt.
- Kinderen: Alle baby's en kinderen worden in rekening gebracht als passagiers die het volledige tarief betalen. Als baby's/kinderen een speciaal autostoeltje nodig hebben, dient dit rechtstreeks aan de bestuurder te worden betaald tegen een toeslag van GBP 10 per rit en moet dit vooraf worden aangevraagd. Houd er rekening mee dat het bovenstaande mogelijk niet altijd in alle gebieden beschikbaar is. Als er op de servicedatum geen autostoeltje beschikbaar is, kunnen baby's nog steeds reizen volgens de Britse wetgeving.
- Bagagebeperkingen: Grote items zoals ski's, surfplanken, rolstoelen (exclusief opvouwbare) en golftassen zijn onder geen enkele omstandigheid toegestaan. Evenzo moeten eventuele buitensporige bagagevereisten van meer dan de standaard van de luchtvaartmaatschappij van 1 koffer en één handbagage per passagier worden gecontroleerd bij City Transfers UK op het moment van boeking.

The service did not show up upon my arrival. I had to call and they sent a taxi which would’ve cost me half the price. Would not recommend for airport transfers.
Driver to a the location Had to go looking for him Found him at the coffee shop getting himself one Upon arrival at the hotel he complained that he had to wait 45 minutes for us NOT that it tool us 20 minutes to find him I guess we took our time flying the plane - unloading the luggage and were slow to finding him
Picking up from the airport. The emergency phone number listed in the paperwork doesn’t work. - The driver was late. After waiting 25 minutes, we walked near where he was standing (he had NO sign with our name, he was just standing looking at his phone), he said our last name. - The driver didn’t offer to roll our luggage to the taxi. - The taxi smelled like body odor. - The driver was toggling between his two phones while driving, which was unnerving. - He dropped us off at the back entrance to the hotel which has stairs which we had to carry the luggage up. - He told us to get the luggage out of the trunk ourselves, and then drove off.
Perfect and so easy made our trip from the airport to hotel so easy! Victor was our driver and gave us plenty of insight on where to go around our hotel.
Driver was late, but overall great. Got us into car and ro hotel quickly even since it was raining and there was a lot of traffic....

You never came to the airport to grt us. We ended up taking a cab at 530 am. We gave you are flight info. Very disappointed. We have 2 other thimgs scheduled with you this week. But communication is terrible. No phone to speak with an actual person. We want a refund for the airport debacle.
My flight from the US was delayed over an hour in the middle of the night, but I was able to notify the vendor via the app. Shortly after arriving at DUB airport, I got a call from the driver checking in and was able to call him back and meet him in the arrivals area. Very friendly and professional and handled my heavy luggage. Definitely recommend!
The driver was prompt, efficient & helpful. The car was clean & comfortable. The journey was pleasant.
