The driver arrived on time and possessed extensive knowledge about Quang Binh, greatly enhancing our sightseeing experience. However, I would recommend increasing the provision of water bottles in the car. While each tour includes a 330ml water bottle per person, this amount is not quite sufficient, especially during hot days. It would be more accommodating to offer 2-3 bottles of 330ml mineral water per person for each tour. Overall, this is a 5-star service that I highly recommend for its excellence and attention to customer comfort.
