Reisroute

The tour of Agra was simply a dream. Agra is a stunning city with so much history and tradition! The fort and the Taj Mahal were breathtaking, no less. Thanks to the guides who accompanied me throughout my stay in Agra, I learned a lot and it was obvious that they have a deep understanding and familiarity with the history of the Mughal Empire. They took care of all the logistics, I didn't have to do anything except listen, they even took care of taking stunning photos for me, which is of course a big plus when you're traveling alone. I am grateful for the opportunity to visit Agra and hope to return again soon!
Private car with air conditioning and plenty of room. Both of my guides Balwinder and Balwin were very knowledgeable and incredibly profesional, one of them focused on driving but in reality both of them are excellent guides and provided really good conversation as well while traveling in the car. Both Taj Mahal and Agra Fort have been experiences like no other, they are the kind of construction for which the word "marvellous" exist. Lunch is not included in the fee, which was clear in the offer, but the guides took me to a good indian+continental restaurant in which I decided to have indian food and it was also a good experience. This is my 3rd experience with this agency here in India, I really would recommend them to every foreigner wishing to explore this country, they can be trusted with your journey; they also remind you frequently about how reviews are important for them, which in this case is a good thing because I'm sure this feedback has helped the agency to keep only the best possible guides.
This was the second time I had seen the Taj and it was just as magical the second time. We were privileged to have Balwinder as our driver. I have had Balwinder as a driver in Jaipur in 2023. It was nice to see a familiar face when we came out of the Delhi airport. Balwinder is a cautious driver and gets us safely to each location. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. While in Agra, our guide was Raj. Raj was also very knowledgeable and knew all the great spots to take the most amazing pictures at the Fort and the Taj. We went to the Taj around 5pm. There were less crowds and the weather was so nice. Both Raj and Balwinder had great recommendations for lunch and dinner. I have taken several trips with 5 senses over the years and they never disappoint. Thanks again for giving us a great Incredible India experience!
This tour was well worth it & gave us an incredible experience. Sanjay our guide was knowledgeable and made our experience at the Taj Mahal & the Red Fort so much more meaningful with his story telling & knowledge about the history. Lunch was great as well. Would 10/10 recommend!
We had an amazing tour of India’s Golden Triangle region over three days and two nights in mid-November. The tour was led by our tour guide Hari Balwinder Singh (5 Senses Tours) and his network of local guides. Our group of 7 (including two kids aged 13 & 11) flew from Kochi to Delhi, where Balwinder met us at the airport with a warm welcome and a lovely, spacious 10-seater van (complete with a dedicated driver). Our tour of Delhi included a visit to the Qutub Minar minaret and the Swaminarayan Akshardham, as well as a "drive by" of the Rashtrapati Bhavan (Presidential residence) and the India Gate. Balwinder and our local guide also took us to a lovely gastro pub that served very good local cuisine. Then, we headed to Jaipur, where our guide negotiated with the hotel to make sure that our included dinner would be available despite our late arrival. The next day, Balwinder introduced us to our local guide and we all travelled to the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), the Govind Devji Temple, a nearby local market, the Amber Fort, the Jantar Mantar, and some local vendors. It is worth noting that our local guide for this day was astonishingly knoweldgeable, well-connected, and experienced (he knows everyone, including the PM!). That evening, we drove again to Agra, where we spent the night in order to get an early visit to the Taj Mahal and some local vendors before our return flight to Kochi. Overall, the tour was extremely well planned and managed from beginning to end, and enabled us to arrive in plenty of time for our return flight. At each location, the local guides that Balwinder connected us to were knowledgeable, well-spoken, and kind, and during our many hours of driving our driver was very professional, indefatigable, and extremely accommodating in helping us find rest stops when needed. As our main handler, Balwinder was completely dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring that we had a great time. We highly recommend him!
The visit was both enlightening and inspiring, offering us a deeper appreciation of these historic landmarks. The Taj Mahal, with its stunning architecture and intricate details, left a lasting impression on all of us. The guided tour provided valuable insights into the history and significance of this magnificent monument. Additionally, our time at Agra Fort was equally enriching, as we explored its vast expanse and learned about its strategic importance in history, while taking in the beauty of the structures within. Cannot say enough about the guides and our overall lead guide. They are what made our trip so wonderful and fulfilling.
The tour was amazing and the team catered the day to my scheduling and interests. I was a little uneasy about being a solo, female traveler but 5 Senses and Vivek were able to erase all of those concerns by picking me up directly at the hotel and ensuring safe spaces throughout the day. The Taj Mahal experience was incredible with Rajul as our local guide, sharing exactly the right amount of information about the history and the local area. Vivek insisted on a photographer, which I wasn’t super happy about as I hate being in pictures, but he knew better and was totally right that they were needed to really capture the moment. We also visited a local artisan shop where they shared the amazing history of their craft and family. Be careful if you have extra time to shop, it could get dangerous in here will all of their beautiful items for purchase :). We had a wonderful local lunch and went on to Fort Agra which was the perfect way to close out the story of the Taj Mahal and the local history. I definitely recommend enduring the longer car ride from Delhi to Agra if you have the free day and have never seen the Taj Mahal. It’s worth it!
What an amazing day. At last I managed to visit India and amde it to the Taj Mahal! The monument is more beautiful than in the pictures. Five senses tours had sent a lovely and clean SUV and an incredible guide who made this tour memorable. We also saw the majestic Agra Fort. Lunch was included as well. This was a dream come true and a top quality tour. I would highly recommend this company.
Hari and Deepak gave an excellent tour that was attentive to my interests and needs. Great experience! They were also very helpful with photos. It is well worth the trip from Delhi.
Balwinder, our tour manager and guide made sure we were comfortable from the minute we got in and until we got out after he dropped us back at the hotel. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. He also ensured we covered all highlights of the itinerary. We had a wonderful lunch which everyone in the family enjoyed. Overall, the experience was top notch and I highly recommend this 5 senses tour to anyone who wants to do Agra in a day from Delhi.
