Allereerst zullen we het beste van New City of Rhodes ervaren, met een schilderachtige rit buiten de historische muren van de middeleeuwse stad naar de iconische Mandraki Harbour, waar ooit de legendarische Colossus stond. Bezoek de prachtige Kerk van de Aankondiging en geniet vervolgens van een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf Monte Smith Hill, de thuisbasis van de oude Tempel van Apollo en het Griekse Stadion.
Als we zuidwaarts rijden naar het charmante dorpje Lindos (afstand : 35 mijl) komen we langs schilderachtige dorpjes en olijfgaarden. Bezoek in Lindos de pittoreske St. Paul’s Bay en geniet van vrije tijd om te winkelen, door de smalle straatjes te wandelen of naar de Akropolis te klimmen! Belangrijke opmerking : De toegangsprijs voor de Akropolis is 20 EUR per persoon, die niet is inbegrepen in de prijs van onze tour prijs. Als u Europees staatsburger bent, betaalt u onder de 25 jaar geen toegangsprijs en boven de 65 jaar betaalt u 10 EUR per persoon.
Na het verkennen van de Lindos Akropolis gaan we verder naar een van de meest pittoreske restaurants aan zee in Rhodos. Dit traditionele etablissement staat bekend om zijn lokale delicatessen en is een populaire keuze onder de lokale bevolking voor de lunch op zondag. Als u wilt zwemmen, is het water hier kristalhelder en het restaurant biedt een prachtig uitzicht op een historisch kasteel dat ooit dienst deed als gevangenis tijdens de Byzantijnse tijd.
Onze tour gaat verder met een bezoek aan de prachtige Kallithea Springs, bekend om hun therapeutische wateren en elegante mozaïeken. Belangrijke opmerking : De toegangsprijs voor Kallithea Springs is 5 EUR per persoon en het is niet inbegrepen in onze tourprijs (Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar betalen geen toegangsprijs). Bij terugkomst in Rhodos stad, kunt u ervoor kiezen om te worden gedopt bij uw cruiseschip / hotel, of bij de hoofdpoort van de oude stad voor onafhankelijke browsen. Opmerking : De belangrijkste poort van de oude stad ligt op 5 - 10 minuten afstand (loopafstand) van de ingang van de toeristische haven van Rhodos.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als u cruisepassagiers bent, halen we u net buiten de uitgang van uw cruiseschip op in de toeristische haven van Rhodos. Als u hotelgasten bent die in het gebied van New Town of Rhodes wonen, geef dan de naam van uw accommodatie door en we halen u net buiten uw receptie op. Belangrijke opmerking : Als uw hotel 25 km of meer verwijderd is van de Nieuwe Stad van Rhodos, gelden er extra kosten.

We had a wonderful trip to Lindos with G.E.S. Travel. Everything was easy, relaxed, and really well organised from start to finish. Our driver/guide was friendly, professional, and made the whole day feel personal rather than rushed. Lindos itself was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. After that, we went for lunch and swimming in the bay at Argo, which was a perfect way to finish the day. The setting was stunning, the food was lovely, and being able to swim afterwards made it feel really special. It was one of the highlights of our time in Rhodes.
