Tijdens deze tour nemen we u mee op een culturele reis door twee van de mooiste steden van het land. Om de geschiedenis van Portugal te leren kennen, moeten we teruggaan naar haar roots en dat betekent dat we vanuit Porto naar het noorden moeten gaan, naar Guimarães, de geboorteplaats van de natie, en Braga, een stad gesticht door de Romeinen meer dan 2000 jaar geleden.

Ana was a wonderful guide and was very willing to tailor the tour to my needs, as I have some problems walking due to knee issues. She has a wealth of knowledge and presented it in a clear and interesting fashion. I would gladly do another tour with her in the future!
The sights of both Cities were wonderful. Paolo was a very nice man and very knowledgeable. He gave us a beautiful tour to all the beautiful churches. Even though we had a slight rainy day and he held the umbrella for one who had no rain gear. Recommend this trip highly.

Our driver was the best! He was full of useful information, helped us to navigate the language and recomended some great stops. Visiting Portugal has been the best experience of my life. From North to South the country is wonderful, (especially the south) but this visit to Braga and Guimarães was different, every day more impressed with this country. We were picked up on time by a nice gentleman, who told us we were the only pair on the tour. We had a n eight seater and the guide / driver to ourselves. A knowledgeable person willing to pass on his knowledge and also willing to listen to us. We had a great tour nothing was too much trouble, he took us to ride the funicular railway at Sanctuary of Bom Jesus de Braga, the best known religious sanctuary in Portugal picking us up from the bottom. Sadly i cannot remember his name but he was from SA. A thoroughly recommended tour.
