Deze cursussen zijn ontworpen om een vriendelijke, persoonlijke ervaring te bieden. Dit zijn echte momenten van delen en uitwisselen. Ik laat ze zien dat patisserie een kunst is die voor iedereen toegankelijk is. Ik geef les in verschillende gebakstechnieken en geef veel tips. Patisserie is een passie en het plezier om het met anderen te delen is vooral heel erg leuk. De cursussen worden gegeven in het Frans en kunnen ook in het Engels gegeven worden. Privélessen voor 2 personen of meer.

Justine is a wonderful hostess who is patient with beginners. The macarons we made were beautiful and delicious

This was an wonderful experience to learn not only how to make incredible French pastry, we made Lemon Tarts but to learn close up, how the French live and operate their day to day lives. Justine was extremely kind and generous with this private experience. Thank you, Justine.
Justine was wonderful! So patient with this non-baker! This was such a unique relaxed experience inside her lovely home! The macaroons we made are amazing and having the recipe and macaroons to take home is a huge plus!! We could not have been more welcome or well taught! This is a must authentic experience.
This is the best pastry class to take. Justine, besides being warm & welcoming into her home, she is a professional trained baker and an amazing teacher. We learned to make macarons, which is not easy and she taught us how to make the perfect macaron in steps that was easy to follow and delicious. We will definitely be making them at home. I can not wait to return to Marseille to take another class with Justine.

Justine did a wonderful job teaching us how to make delicious Chou Pastry. Both Vanilla and Chocolate. She was great with all 4 of us, making sure we all got to learn. It was a joy simply to meet a French person and be invited into their home, too. Best to take a cab or Uber, as parking in the area is very limited.
Justine was amazing and we left with a tasty treat. So fun and we learned so much. Great experience for a family.
There is always something new to learn for experienced cooks and novices. Justine conveys her knowledge perfectly. She is patient and clear with her directions. Her kitchen is ideal for a private class. A rewarding experience and we had fun.
Absolutely amazing! Make time for this activity!!!! It’s located at the cutest house with an outdoor terrace. Justine is just wonderful and took her time with our multi generation family. The crème puff were as good as we’ve ever tried and we learned some baking tips for other desserts. Worth the time and cost!
