We really loved our driver, Mudge. He went over & beyond. However, the food/beverage situation needs improvement
Most memorable- the driver (Mudge) Opinion: when offering a lunch box, we would recommend the food be fresh. We were picked up at 9:30am, & our driver already had the food in the front seat in a paper bag. We had just had breakfast, & had planned on eating the food for lunch (noon). But with it being in a paper bag & not kept cold… we did not get to enjoy it. The water in the cooler had no ice; therefore it was hot.
