Ophalen bij je hotel in Amsterdam of Haarlem. We rijden door het schilderachtige platteland richting de tulpentuin.
Geniet van 2.600 verschillende soorten tulpen, samen met vele narcissen en andere prachtige lentebloemen, in dit verborgen juweeltje.
Een bezoek aan de tulpenvelden, waar je binnen kunt stappen en prachtige foto’s kunt maken.
Bezoek een door een familie gerunde kaasboerderij om te leren hoe ambachtelijke Nederlandse kaas wordt gemaakt. Geniet van een rondleiding en Goudse kaasproeverij.
We bezoeken de Museummolen Je kunt de molen van boven tot onder verkennen. Je ziet hoe de molen werkt en hoe mensen vroeger in molens leefden.
Een ritje over de dijken door herwonnen land van de Schermer, langs de windmolen van Esthers familie en idyllische kleine dorpjes.
Geniet van een schilderachtige rit langs dijken en door ontgonnen land, langs charmante dorpjes als Graft en De Rijp en verder door het UNESCO-werelderfgoed Beemster – een meesterwerk van Nederlandse landaanwinning.
De Beemster We rijden door het UNESCO-werelderfgoed de Beemster met zijn herwonnen land dat bekend staat als Polders. Na het droogleggen van de Beemsterplas werd zorgvuldig een stelsel van wegen, percelen, boerderijen en kanalen door de polder aangelegd. We zien de prachtige boerderijen en de groene weilanden.

This was an outstanding tour! Bianca was a great tour guide. Loved the tulips, they were so beautiful..The cheese farm was a great visit and we lived the windmill! Lunch was outstanding. Highly recommend this tour and this company. They were very easy to book through. Always answered my questions over email quickly. Thanks for a great day!

Esther was just incredible!! We booked a full day "off the beaten path" with for tulips, windmills, and cheese during a planned trip to Amsterdam. Esther was prompt, professional, incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and a wonderful guide. We felt very lucky to experience everything without the pressure of hoards of other tourists. It was clear from the first stop the care and consideration Esther puts into her relationships with local artisans and farmers. It makes for a truly unique and special experience. (She was also great answering all the questions from my 10 yo!) Truly cannot recommend Esther and Windmill Girl Tours highly enough!! (Afterall, she grew up inside a real windmill!!)

We spent time communicating with Esther about the things most important to us. She listened and offered options and advice. Communication was spot on, transportation excellent and a day that not only met our expectations but exceeded them. She has lived in the area all her life and brings local experience to the tour in addition to the regular tour information one expects. Had a wonderful day. Tulips were spectacular. The Dutch countryside is beautiful. Got a fascinating lesson about the history and working of the windmill system. And we bought more cheese than we can possibly eat! Bianca was a great guide. Highly recommend private tour for this type of day/outing.
