The weather was too windy to do the excursion. We had no safety instructions and did not know where the life vests were. Staff did not seem to speak English. The waves and wind were so bad we should have turned around after 15 minutes. We were soaking wet up to our underwear upon return. When waves were crashing in our faces there was no reaction. I would not recommend this to anyone as it clearly lacks proper safety processes.
nice tour and great staff! the view was incredible. the staff had waters and were attentative of anyone who felt sea-sick. great trip! a must do in dubai!
We had a wonderful morning on this boat. The boat was super clean and the crew was friendly and helpful. They took nice pictures of us. Don't hesitate, just book. A fat 10!
After 20min boat broke down, we waited for another 30-40min until a different boat picked us up. We went for a short ride until we went on the then repaired first boat again. We never really got into a flow as we were busy waiting and changing boats. Crew did not clearly communicate with us.
We were deducted the money from my account and the booking confirmed later came the cancellation and the money simply kept by Tripadvisor.
Very nice excursion, boater and his helper were very friendly, tried; there were drinks offered. Very nice view at sunset, gladly again.
We had a great time on our private cruise. The crew was amazing and took awesome photos of our family as we cruised. The yacht was comfortable and clean and had more than enough space for us to enjoy. It was a great choice!
Booked confirmed by TripAdvisor. Got my tickets. Operator sent message the boat was not available. Options on different timings or prices, not possible for me. The TripAdvidor is not trustable. The worse is that I got an email showing 0,0 amount to be refunded.
Excellent trip. We chose the Burj al Arab and got some great photos. Seeing Dubai from the sea was a great experience, running right past the runway, close to a docked cruise ship was fabulous.
We had the best time on our boat, it was the exact boat from the pictures and we were provided with water as well. The guide even saved my hat which flew off the boat. I would definitely book with them again
