Routebeschrijving: Om 8:00 uur: gids en chauffeur halen je op bij je hotels of resorts in Da Nang of Hoi An en het duurt ongeveer een uur rijden om bij My Son te komen. Je ontspant gewoon in de auto en luistert naar de geschiedenis van onze gids en geniet onderweg van het prachtige uitzicht op het platteland. Ongeveer 2 uur neemt de gids je mee naar alle tempels en geniet je ook van de Apsara-dans. Rond 11.45 uur. Lunch met koud bier/frisdrank. Rond 13:15. Besteed 10 minuten om te genieten van de marmeren handwerksnijfamilie. Vervolgens brengt de gids je met de lift de Waterberg op. Marble Mountains is het cluster van vijf kleine bergen die 5 belangrijke elementen van het universum volgen: water, metaal, vuur, hout, aarde, ze zien eruit als 5 vingers die dicht bij de zee liggen. Er zijn verschillende grotten, spelonken, pagodes, veel trappen en 2 spectaculaire uitkijkpunten. Je uitstekende lokale gids zal de geschiedenis van de sites diepgaand uitleggen en hij helpt je ook om mooie en gedenkwaardige foto's te maken. Rond 16.00 uur. Keer terug naar het hotel.
My Son bestaat uit 70 architecturale werken, variërend van klein tot groot formaat. Vroeger was het hulstland van Cham-mensen uit de 4e tot 13e eeuw. In de 4e eeuw, in de tijd van de koning Bhadravarman, na de bouw van Tra Kieu, werd het religieuze centrum van het koninkrijk Cham in My Son gevestigd om koninklijke leden, aristocraten en belangrijke religieuze rituelen te verwelkomen. My Son, die zich bijna negen eeuwen lang voortdurend ontwikkelde, was getuige van de glorieuze, welvarende en afnemende tijd van het Champa-koninkrijk.
Ongeveer 12:00 uur Je keert terug naar Hoi An om te genieten van een geweldige lunch uit een restaurant aan de rivier of echt authentiek lokaal eten en te ontspannen voor meer energie om de tour naar Marble Mountains in de middag voort te zetten.
Omstreeks 14:00 uur, voordat je de lift naar boven neemt om de Waterbergen te bezoeken, heb je ongeveer 5 of 10 minuten om te genieten van de marmeren ambachtelijke carvingfamilie, dan zal onze gids je meenemen naar de Waterberg, de grootste berg bij Marble Mountains en ook bekend als Ngũ Hành Sơn, is het cluster van vijf kleine bergjes die 5 belangrijke elementen van het heelal volgen: water, metaal, vuur, hout, aarde, gemaakt van kalksteen en marmer. Ze zien eruit als 5 vingers die dicht bij de zee liggen. Er zijn verschillende grotten, grotten, pagodes, veel trappen en 2 spectaculaire uitkijkpunten. Ze zijn ook de thuisbasis van verschillende boeddhistische heiligdommen en hindoe-grotten die veel bezochte plaatsen van aanbidding zijn voor de lokale bevolking. Our experience with Quyen was excellent from pick up to drop off. She was knowledgeable, explained things clearly and shared with us not only about My Son Sanctuary and Marble mountains, but also Vietnamese culture. Her upbeat, fun and caring nature made it our favourite tour in Vietnam, not to mention our yummy lunch. At the end of the tour over 30 photos taken of us at different sights were sent to us, memories we will cherish. We also need to mention our cautious and polite driver. This tour is a great opportunity to see some historic temple ruins as well as Marble Mountain. We were picked up at the hotel and enjoyed the scenic drive to the sanctuary. We had plenty of time to explore and appreciate the ruins and nature. Tea is a fun and knowledgable guide! We loved trying authentic Pho for lunch and then went to Marble Mountain, which was beautiful and fascinating. (Be aware that the Mountain requires a lot of stairs; nothing the average person can't handle, but your legs will likely be tired.) We're glad we did this tour!

We used Toomy's group a few times. The courteous Hoang picked us up from DaNang station and dropped us to our hotel in HoiAn. Lu picked us up later and took us to see the Dragon Bridge breathing its fire and water and returned us back to our hotel again. Lu and guide Stephen took us to the My Son Sanctuary, My Khe Beach, Lady Buddha and marble carving shop. Also included a local pho restaurant for lunch. Stephen was very knowledgeable and Lu a great driver. We recommend this group and would use them again.

We had an excellent experience and absolutely loved this tour. We had a great private tour with Destiny. She and the driver arrived promptly to pick us up at our hotel. She was very knowledgeable and shared many details about both the site and Vietnam/Hoi An. We would definitely recommend this tour and also doing the early one - the site can get very hot! It was great to learn about another people in Vietnam and we took a lot away from the trip.

Our tour guide Sunny speaks great English and is very knowledgeable about the culture and history. She shared her local life, climbed up the marble mountain and lady buddha monkey hill with us. She took so many great photos for us. We had such a great time with Tommy Dao Tour. Highly recommend Quyen (Sunny) as tour guide. She also recommended great coffee shop at Hoi An and seafood dinner restaurant and made reservations for us. Before our trip, communication with TommyDaoTour was easy and smooth.
