De Kleine Stad (in het Tsjechisch "Malá Strana" genoemd, wat zich letterlijk vertaalt als "Kleine Zijde") is een wijk aan de overkant van de rivier van de oude stad. Samen vormen ze het hart van het historische centrum van Praag. We rijden door enkele van de mooie straten en genieten van de prachtige architectuur.
John Lennon Wall is een fascinerend kunstwerk - een constant veranderend canvas bedekt met schilderijen en krabbels die de thema's vrijheid, mensenrechten en vele andere zaken weerspiegelen. Onze gids vertelt je alles over de boeiende geschiedenis.
Het Oude Stadsplein geeft op prachtige wijze de architecturale diversiteit van Praag weer. Je leert over verschillende cruciale punten van de Tsjechische politieke en religieuze geschiedenis, gebeurtenissen die rechtstreeks verband houden met het plein. De gids laat je ook de prachtige astronomische klok zien en vertelt je er een paar fascinerende feiten over. Tijdens de kerstperiode en de paastijd worden op het plein de traditionele markten gehouden.
De Karelsbrug is ongetwijfeld een van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Praag. Hoewel we er niet overheen rijden (het is alleen toegankelijk voor voetgangers en altijd vol met mensen), bekijken we het wel vanuit verschillende hoeken en stoppen we er pal naast. Het is een prachtige, rustige plek waar je fantastische foto's kunt maken. Onze gids vertelt je alles over de geschiedenis en laat je zelfs enkele foto's zien van de dramatische momenten uit het verleden van de brug.
De metronoom is een interessant kunstwerk in het Letná-park. Het staat op een voetstuk waarop vroeger het grootste standbeeld van Joseph Stalin ter wereld stond. Onze gids vertelt je alles over de symboliek van de metronoom en de fascinerende geschiedenis van het standbeeld van Stalin, aangevuld met foto's van de plek uit het communistische tijdperk.
De Praagse Burcht is qua oppervlakte het grootste kasteel ter wereld, dus helaas zullen we niet elk hoekje ervan zien. We zullen echter enkele plekken zien waar de meeste toeristen gewoon langs lopen zonder ze op te merken, en waarvan de ware betekenis zelfs voor de meeste lokale bewoners onbekend is. We zullen verschillende van de prachtige binnenplaatsen bezoeken, een kijkje nemen in de koninklijke tuin en (op de dagen dat deze open is) het interieur van de magnifieke Sint-Vituskathedraal bekijken.
De Petřín-heuvel is een enorm en prachtig park met talloze fantastische uitkijkpunten. We zullen verschillende belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van dichtbij bekijken, bijvoorbeeld het Strahov-klooster of de Petřín-uitkijktoren. Maar we zullen ook een adembenemend uitzicht hebben op de stad onder ons, vanuit veel verschillende hoeken, terwijl we geleidelijk de heuvel afdalen naar ons startpunt.
Het Letná-park ligt op een heuvel en biedt daarom enkele van de mooiste uitzichten over de stad en enkele van de beste plekken om foto's te maken. We zullen ook enkele interessante architectuurstukken zien, zoals het Expo-paviljoen en het Hanavský-paviljoen. Als de tijd het toelaat, wat meestal het geval is, kunnen we een stop maken voor wat verfrissingen in de biertuin van Letná.

Great tour around the city. The guide was really knowledgeable and kind, the views of the city were amazing. The best thing it was just us in the tour and the guide was great at tailoring the tour to our needs.
Really enjoyed this tour. While attending a reunion with friends in Prague, we decided to book it, and the team was incredibly accommodating. Despite having a busy schedule, Michal’s flexibility was greatly appreciated when came the time to fit our availabillities. Although it was not our first time in Prague, Michal made it an unforgettable experience. There is nothing better than having a local who is truly passionate about his city show you around and help you see Prague through a local’s eyes. Not only was the tour packed with interesting facts and insights, but Michal also had an answer to every question we asked. During the breaks, it was also fascinating to hear about his own life and what it’s like to live in Prague. Those personal stories added a unique touch to the experience. The tour was not physically demanding at all—the e-bikes did all the work—so it felt more like leisurely cruising around the city than exercising. We knew our group might have a bit too much energy for a regular group tour, so we booked a private tour out of respect for other participants and to avoid disrupting their experience. That said, I have never seen our group so quiet and attentive as when Michal was speaking. He was simply that good of a tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and if we return to Prague, we will definitely book another tour and ask Michal to take us to the places we didn’t get to see this time.
The e-bike tour lasted approx 3-3.5 hrs, relaxing, Petra was great, very informative. We took lots of pictures along the way. Should have brought my GoPro. Mostly flat course until the end. There were some steep hills that got my wife spooked, but she managed to get used to getting down on the bike rather than on foot towards the end.
If you’re looking for a great way to see the city of Prague in a short amount of time, this is the way to do it going on bikes with MICHAEL. He’s very knowledgeable of the history and the architecture throughout the city. I highly recommend this tour.
We had Nayeem as guide. He was very enthusiastic and able to tell everything about historic Prague. So good and plenty of time for us that it took us four and a half hours. He paid close attention to us while cycling and gave timely tips, such as gearing up or down. He also pointed out beautiful photogenic places and took pictures of us. It was a great experience for us. We were also very happy with the e-bike, especially considering the height difference we cycled. Thank you Nayeem

Wow what a fabulous thing to do! My husband and I were only in Prague for the weekend and decided to do an e-bike tour. I chose this company as we wanted a private tour for about 2 hours at a certain time, so it really suited us. The directions to find them were easy and we were met by lovely Tatiana who was so bubbly and friendly. She was also fantastic because she thought our tour was for longer, but when we explained we only had a short time she tailored the tour immediately incorporating our requests. The tour itself was fabulous. Tatiana was a wealth of knowledge, at each stop explaining the history at each site. We were so lucky that it had snowed the day before as it just made the ride and the sites magical. Especially coming down from the castle through the snow covered trees The bikes and helmets were in great condition, clean and the route was perfect. We saw everything we wanted to see. Prague is a beautiful and fascinating city, and a bike tour is great way to see all the key places in a few hours. The e-bikes were especially helpful in the hilly parts. Tatanya was an excellent guide, with so much knowledge and insight about the places we saw with her. She was personable, patient and perceptive. I highly recommend her and this tour.
We took a amazing private tour with Shira on our first day in Prague. Shira is very knowledgeable and we had a great overview of Prague. We learned about the political history of Prague including the various architectural styles of the buildings and beautiful views of the city. Shira made it so much fun! The bikes were super easy to ride. I highly recommend this tour!
