I paid this company to take me to Mount Bromo through Get Your Guide. Money was taken but I was left waiting for hours at the pick up point but no show. I tried to contact the company but the number was unavailable. I emailed but am still waiting for an answer. I contacted the travel agents who tried an alternative phone number but they also could not get through. Do not touch this company.

The company was easy to contact during my stay, and stayed in touch periodically to ensure my travel was going smooth. Got Pak Arif as my assigned driver and his punctuality and knowledge about the road condition and places in Malang make it very efficient. Pak Arif was also very communicative and helpful which made my trip even more memorable. I was very happy with how the trip went, and the support received from our travel company before and during our travel. This travel company is Very Recommended and worth every penny spent.
