- Mijn naam is Ante Rupčić en ben een erkende gids en eigenaar van Authentic Family Farm naar Table & B & B. Sinds 2010 ben ik actief betrokken bij alle segmenten van het toerisme en heb ik gezien dat gasten vooral authentieke ervaringen en smaken koesteren. Mijn familie en ik zouden het leuk vinden om je mee te nemen naar ons huis in ons dorp Hardomilje en je onze manier van leven te laten zien die weinig is veranderd door de generaties heen en die gebaseerd is op biologisch geteeld voedsel en zelfgemaakte specialiteiten.
- WONING
- Om echt te ontspannen en tot rust te komen in een dorpsomgeving kunt u een van onze drie huizen huren. Elk heeft drie slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed, 2 balkons, 2 badkamers, aparte toiletten, een ruime hal, een balkonterras, een keuken en een garage. Als onderdeel van uw verblijf kunt u onze open haardkeuken gebruiken voor privé-evenementen.

Ante is very knowledgeable and eager to share history for each place he took us to and places along the way. Very punctual.
We have traveled extensively and have participated in other "farm visits", home meals, etc., but this one with Ante was THE BEST! We stopped at this lovely home on our trip from Mostar, returning to Split. Ante's Mother prepared the food (absolutely delicious!) and brought another whole facet of interest as she told us stories of the old family pieces that decorated the lovely dining area. All the food was incredible. We previously had the traditional Croatian Peka on an earlier Croatia trip, but this one was exceptional-- just perfect! We tried to decide if we loved the traditional bread or the dessert the most---it was a tie. You will just have to try it! Ante is a delightful guide. He was helpful, a careful driver, and gave us so many interesting insights into the Croatian history and life.
The farm to table lunch is a must!. From the first sip of the homemade grappa to the homemade cheesecake everything was fantastic. It started with cherry grappa, all the wine you can drink, cheeses, fruits, vegtables and the absolutely best proscuitto you will every have. Then on to the main meal, did I mention more cherry grappa and wine?? Peka veal with roasted potatoes is amazing. More grappa and to finish it off with a fantastic cheese cake. They were so generous that we had were able to take proscuitto home with us for a late night treat. And last but definately not the least. Ante, Vibor and the whole staff were amazing. Very warm and friendly. If you dont do this tour you willhave missed one of the best.
