The car was so clean ,the driver was waiting for us he speaks English and was so so gentle and kind gave us water and made sure we are comfortable and have everything the ride was smooth and comfortable. John was on time and we had a pleasant trip. The only confusion was the app said it was another person, so when we got the message about our driver, we had to have a phone call to sort it out.

I used VIP to pick me up from the airport and take my group to our Airbnb. Then, they picked us up and took us to the port for our cruise. Finally they picked us up from the port and took us to the airport. They were always punctual, responsive and professional. They drivers were all friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any car service.
