De ophaaltijd varieert afhankelijk van de aankomstvluchttijd. De duur van de transfer varieert afhankelijk van het verkeer en de locatie. De toegestane hoeveelheid bagage is één stuk bagage per passagier, met een gewicht tot 20 kg. Een dag voor het ophalen ontvangt u een sms met de naam van uw chauffeur, contactgegevens, klantenservicenummer en boekingsreferentie. Geef de tijd op waarop u opgehaald wilt worden. Als u ons ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie verstrekt, wordt er geen restitutie verleend. Zorg ervoor dat u niet bent vergeten ons de vluchtgegevens te geven. Geef voor luchthaventransfers uw vluchtnummer en aankomst- of vertrektijd op. Als het hotel zich buiten de stadsgrenszone bevindt, geldt er een toeslag.

Quite difficult to find the plate with my name on the arrivala area (there are hundreds) . I've contacted the supplier that promptly indicated exactly where my name was. Eventually I had to go to the 4th floor to board my car. The trip itself went smooth, good car and good driver. Recommended.
Very patient and good driver. She handled the long 3 hour drive from Bangkok to Pattaya extremely well, considering there was a lot of traffic. A bigger vehicle would had made the long ride a bit more comfortable.
So easy to use we got off our plane. When we went down stairs to the exit we saw our name on the paper. I pointed it to the woman that was working there and she escorted my family and I to the car. Fast and easy

Overall a terrible experience. It got the job done but I've had better companies. They took a long time to have a customer service rep to meet me at the airport. And then it took a long time for the vehicle to arrive. Then the driver did not drop me off at the hotel and I had a walk an extra kilometer to reach the hotel.
