The driver was very communicative and was available to pick us up earlier than the scheduled time, which was great !

I ordered a Mercedes E-Class, but a standard sedan arrived instead; I was informed of this change four hours before the scheduled time, and I have not yet received a refund for the difference in service.

It took 1.5 hours to get through Passport control and our driver waited patiently. William was curtious and very informative in the city of Prague. We enjoyed talking with him in our drive to the hotel.

Driver was late - supposed to have water for us and there was none - didnt say anything or point out anything.

Viator and driver kept us informed before landing and after. We were welcomed with a sign with our name on it at the arrival hall. Excellent driver was friendly and car was very comfortable. Provided water and Prague information.

Private transfer from Prague airport to our hotel with English speaking driver. He was on time and communicated well with us thru WhatsApp. His driving was good and we talked about Prague highlights. He gave us a compact guide book of the city and a map; we used both during our visit. Very good experiencce overall.
