Als uw vlucht internationaal is, vindt u uw chauffeur bij gate 5 op de eerste verdieping, hij/zij zal buiten de gate op u wachten en als de vlucht een binnenlandse vlucht is, staat de chauffeur bij gate 3.

- Let op: 1 - 3 pax het voertuig zal een sedan zijn, 4 - 5 een minivan en +6 een busje.
- Als u kiest voor de retourtransfer, zorg er dan voor dat u de informatie van de vertrektransfer meestuurt, inclusief de datum, het vluchtnummer en het tijdstip waarop u opgehaald wilt worden.
- Koffers moeten in het geselecteerde voertuig passen. Als u denkt dat ze dat niet doen, overweeg dan een groter voertuig

Carlos was great!! Really informative on the drive to the hotel . He was communicative before arrival making it easy for us to locate him. I felt really safe service was great ! Definitely takes the stress out of finding a ride at the airport that I have dealt with before here in bogota.
The service was very good, the communication with the staff and the driver was also good, and the punctuality is appreciated because it was a late flight.
Had a great experience with the airport pickup flying into Bogota. It was our first time we were arriving to Bogota and I received constant communication throughout the process before and when we landed. The immigration line took a long time and the driver was very attentive to communicating with me. The directions were clear on where to meet the driver.
I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and 2 days later back from the hotel to the airport. Prior to the first pick up, Miguel had sent me a message via WhatsApp to confirm the tour and to give me the driver's details. After that, Cesar texted me as well via WhatsApp and I kept updating him with my delayed flight and the immigration process. The description of where to find the driver was super easy and he waited for me with a sign with my name on it. I appreciate the effort which gave me the security to pick the correct driver without any stress. The drive was perfect and Cesar was really welcoming and friendly and we had a nice chat :) The way back Felipe was my driver. He also texted me a day prior and was so thoughtful to schedule the pick up a bit earlier because of the blocked streets Sunday mornings in Bogotá. I appreciate the extra mile and thoughts. I had a great trip with Felipe and he gave me really good tips for my Colombian travel. Long story short: perfect service, perfect communication. Thank you very much to all 3 of you! 😊

Company is very communicative and will let you know when and where to meet. Our driver Cesar was punctual and made sure we knew where to meet him. On the way to our destination he even pointed out some historical landmarks.

My ride never showed up. I had to pay for a taxi. Called the contact number and it stated they were closed.
We attempted to contact you several times starting the day before your transfer, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. We also reached out via WhatsApp using the phone number provided in your reservation, but were unable to get in touch with you there either. Since we were unable to complete the service, we processed a full refund for your booking. For future reservations, we kindly recommend providing a phone number with WhatsApp and keeping an eye on your booking platform messages, as this allows us to quickly communicate any important updates regarding your service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
