- Eén stuk bagage en één stuk handbagage per persoon als je een transfer naar je hotel hebt inbegrepen.
- Neem contact op met het 24/7 nummer op uw bevestiging als u de gids niet kunt zien.
- Alle passagiers 2 jaar en ouder dienen fast track vooraf te betalen. als er extra passagiers aankomen en er niet rekening mee wordt gehouden, wordt dit geannuleerd zonder restitutie.
- Voor de vraag bij de kassa "Waar wilt u afgezet worden" voer "Exit" of "Uw Hotelnaam" in als u een luchthaventransfer heeft geboekt
- Voor vertrek fast track, kunt u uw gegevens invoeren onder "Aankomst vlucht en tijd", zoals het reserveringsteam dit zal zien en opnieuw met u bevestigen
- Vluchtvertragingen - Als uw vlucht vertraagd is, hoeft u ons niet op de hoogte te stellen. Onze luchthaven Gids zal worden geïnformeerd, omdat we actief toezicht houden op vluchtschema's.
- Vluchtwijzigingen - Als uw vluchtnummer verandert, gelieve ons dan minstens 6 uur voor uw oorspronkelijk geplande aankomsttijd op de hoogte te stellen, zodat we het schema van uw Gids kunnen bijwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege privacyvoorschriften luchtvaartmaatschappijen ons niet zullen informeren over wijzigingen in uw reisschema; het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier om ons rechtstreeks op de hoogte te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw service wordt geleverd.
- Let op: als u ons niet op de hoogte stelt van wijzigingen in uw oorspronkelijke vlucht en de datum verstrijkt, moet u een nieuw ticket kopen

We used this service on Sunday, August 2, for our family of 8 people, including two young children, and everything was perfectly organized. We were warmly welcomed immediately after leaving the aircraft and escorted to a waiting buggy. The staff was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The buggy ride and fast-track immigration service saved us a lot of time, making our arrival in Bangkok smooth and stress-free—especially with young children. We never had to worry about where to go, as everything was taken care of from start to finish. Ultra smooth transition through the airport. Met by a charming lady who guided us through baggage reclaim and immigration. Whole process was around 15 mins. Could not recommend enough after our 2 hour delayed flight

We arrived at 8pm when the airport was extremely busy, but the service was outstanding. The staff welcomed us, guided us smoothly through the airport, and we completed immigration and luggage collection in only 15 minutes. After a long flight, this made our arrival so comfortable and stress-free.

First I have to acknowledge Ploychanok was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. I know it says they will meet you at bridge but Ploychanok was actually there waiting for me with sign with my name on it and I admittedly felt so relieved to see her and put a huge smile on my face welcoming me to Bangkok. Walk to immigration/customs line went quick and then she had already went and got my luggage and off to get my currency then stayed with me outside until my Grab came. Experience is definitely worth price. Ploychanok made the whole process 100% better. She is very professional and was patience. If I could individually book with her again I would. Flight was a little late at 10:00pm and she waited and had communicated with me via WhatsApp.

I was greeted at the end of the air bridge by a very warm staff member, and escorted to immigration and also to the baggage carousel. The priority queue was super fast (in and out within 3 minutes)
