We had a tour with Wissam as our driver and it has been an excellent experience! No problems with pickup, immediate contact and no problems with communicating. He shared a great amount of tips, informations and answered all our questions. Also helped us with some additional stuff as suggesting shops etc.

Dally was an amazing person to take us through the city and let us discover the rich culture of Tunis. The best person for this experience and was very pleasant. First of all he took us to the Bardo museum and Carthage. Bardo had so many amazing mosaics we had not expected and an immersive palace. Then he took us to the Santorini of Tunis where he let us go shopping for bargains. And we also saw the Roman villas where the carthegian emperor lived during Roman times and best of all we got to do all of this on our own time. He never rushed us and never said we have to be back at XYZ by time t. We could go at our own pace without any stress. And we also appreciated how the tour company kept in touch with us on Whatsapp before during and after the trip, especially a few days before the trip and even to check if we had landed safely, it made us feel like it was a reliable tour and that we would know a tour guide would be waiting for us in our hotel lobby like we expected on the day of the tour. Dally was so professional and even arrived. 15 minutes before our tour was supposed to start. However, the four out of five stars and not the fifth star is because we had booked this tour over the others offered on TripAdvisor especially because it said the entrance to the Roman ruins and Carthage were included, but we ended up having to pay the ticket by ourselves.

Our experience with Chachia Tours & Transfers was simply outstanding from start to finish.
