Premium Fast Track Service op Ho Chi Minhstad luchthaven

After using the fast-track service on arrival, we were impressed with the time saved and wanted to ensure an stress-free departure for our family of five (5). Unfortunately our flight from Phu Quoc was delayed which left us with an hour until our international flight back to Melbourne was due to depart. The team from Vietnam Airlines and PAS performed the impossible and managed to get us transferred between terminals and through security and immigration in record time! Lucy was amazing and went above and beyond to help us - she found us in a sea of people and made sure that we got to our flight! Thank you Lucy, Nathalie, and the PAS team; a highly recommended service!

After the flight from Melbourne for our family of five (5), the pre-booked fast track service took the stress off lining up in the standard immigration queue. Realistically, it saved us at least an hour, which was extra time to allow us to get over to the domestic terminal and for us to relax in the lounge before our next flight. Team from PAS were excellent with their pre-arrival communications (WhatsApp). Thanks again for helping us start our holiday on a positive note!

The positives: I accidentally booked the wrong day. I contacted the company and they kindly updated the booking to the correct day despite it being within 24 hours. At the airport the representative ushered us to the diplomatic immigration and we skipped a queue that would likely have taken 1-2 hours, so definitely worthwhile. The negative: the representative was not there to greet us from our flight, leaving it to wonder whether they would materialize. We had to contact the company via WhatsApp and they arrived after a wait of about 10 minutes. It is disappointing that they were not there to meet us as it makes it difficult to recommend as we were left with a nervous wait trying to figure out if we had been scammed.

Never ever book express check in , total rip off! Lady holding sign, met me and then pointed to the first line through custom, then dissappeared! While standing in line, i was confronted by security to go to end of line in the next cue... while standing at the end of very long line, lady appeared again to ask me why i was at end of line and not in line where she sent me to .. explained to her what happened and she left! First time to Vietnam and nearly missed my next flight! Other people off plane never payed for express and all got through before me :(

Honestly I have to say, I had a very good experience! There was communication before I had landed via WhatsApp on where to meet them and get escorted to the correct line. I had a weird situation happen where I had missed my original flight into SGN and I texted the contact immediately to see if they would be kind enough to move my booking to later that day and they were able to! I really appreciated it and they also followed up afterwards to make sure everything worked out. The person that met me spoke both English and Vietnamese (I also speak both but am much more fluent in English) and we were able to communicate easily. It is completely worth paying the extra amount for the escort because you will save 2-3 hours (I know because I have stood in that line multiple times before I knew of this service). I will definitely use this company again as they were so kind!

It’s ok. You just meet the person at the immigration checkpoint and they let you into the diplomatic line. For us it did not save much time at all. Maybe this is helpful if your flight lands during a peak time.

Apparently this service is very popular. We had to queue for 40 minutes, which was much longer than we had expected, based on this listing. It still seemed to go faster than regular immigration but I doubt whether that queue was more than an hour.

PAS person was there to meet us dispite plane one hour late. She got guards to open barrier and told us to go in that que then she disappeared. We thought what now. So we figured the rest out our selves. Saved us time waiting in a cue with other passengers.

Thanks Nathalie and the team - we had a seamless transition from the plane to our transport. The lines for customs were at least 2 hrs and the guys walked us straight through in 10mins Well worth the money after an 8 hr flight - communication and service was excellent 👍
