Uw middagavontuur begint met heerlijke lunchhapjes, verfrissende drankjes en een sprankelende toost terwijl u vaart op het warme, helderblauwe water van het Caribisch gebied. Onze vriendelijke, ervaren bemanning Gids je naar twee van Aruba’s beste snorkelplekken. Wat maakt ons opvallend? Elke gast geniet van een kussenvormige loungestoel met vrij uitzicht op zee, er zit niemand achter u, waardoor u de ruimte heeft om volledig te ontspannen. Je hoeft ook niet in de rij te staan aan de bar. Onze attente crew brengt drankjes rechtstreeks naar u toe, of het nu gaat om een verfrissende Aruba Arriba, sterke drank zoals rum, gin, wodka, whisky of een alcoholvrije mocktail. Gedurende de reis kunt u genieten van verse lunchhapjes die direct op uw stoel worden geserveerd, zodat u zonder onderbreking kunt ontspannen. Met onze intieme groepsgrootte van slechts 34 gasten wordt elke klant als een vriend behandeld. Plus, als speciaal aandenken neemt elke gast een hoogwaardig Octopus Aruba souvenir mee naar huis. Vaar langs de prachtige kustlijn van Aruba. Het warme, heldere, blauwe water van het Caribisch gebied gecombineerd met honderden soorten tropische vissen en koraal zal een lust voor het oog zijn. Als dit te mooi klinkt om waar te zijn, is het niet.
Je vaart naar twee van de beste snorkelhaltes van Aruba met onze ervaren kapitein en bemanning. De tweede halte van dit charter zijn de ondiepe wateren van Catalina Bay. Je kunt engelvissen, jonkvissen, octopussen, zeefans en koraal spotten. Nieuw bij snorkelen? Geen probleem. Onze kapitein en de eerste gemaakt zullen geduldig met je samenwerken om ervoor te zorgen dat je een veilig en plezierig snorkelavontuur hebt.
Je vaart naar twee van de beste snorkelhaltes van Aruba met onze ervaren kapitein en bemanning. De eerste locatie is het beroemde scheepswrak ‘Antilla’, waar u 45 minuten zult doorbrengen met verkennen. De Antilla zonk meer dan 60 jaar geleden en blijft volledig intact. Volgens de legende was het schip een Duits vrachtschip uit 1939 dat waarschijnlijk voorraden droeg tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog en werd gevangen in de Nederlandse wateren na de Duitse invasie van Nederland. Verken de 400 voet Antilla gemakkelijk en veilig met begeleiding van onze ervaren bemanning.

- Het instappen gebeurt via een ruime shuttleboot (voor maximaal 15 personen) die de gasten naar de catamaran vervoert. Deze shuttle ondergaat, net als al onze schepen, elke zes maanden een inspectie om de veiligheid en kwaliteit te garanderen. Vanaf de strandhut (waar het inchecken plaatsvindt) is het een korte rit van 30 meter naar de catamaran. Dit deel van de zee is zo kalm als een meer, met weinig tot geen golven het hele jaar door

The vibe on the boat was fun & energizing, and the crew worked hard to meet everyone’s needs throughout the trip. They also were able to match their approach to the dynamics of the group and sensitive to people of varying ages, abilities & interests. The shipwreck was really cool but the water was rough. A crew member stayed in the water and monitored everyone’s safety. We saw several turtles from the boat and many fish at the two snorkeling sites. Jumping off the boat was a highlight for our kids.

The afternoon snorkel / catamaran trip was a vacation highlight! The crew made sure we were comfortable from the beginning, they constantly refreshed drinks, and the lunch was really good and perfectly served in small amounts over the course of our afternoon. Snorkel spots were great, kids had a blast, parents were relaxed. Next visit to Aruba, we will be sure to repeat & add on the sunset version ☀️

This was a great experience our second time just as the first. My husband and I came back in 2022 and got the same exceptional service that we got then this go round! I was upset that I couldn’t get stay in the ocean long because of my new tattoo, however the Captain respected my wishes and gave me a life jacket tied it tight and told me float. Surprisingly I didn’t get the tattoo wet lol. The snacks were great and Más was so funny. Definitely a 10/10 experience for sure !

Octopus Aruba does this catamaran cruise the right way. The staff and crew are kind and engaging. This was my second time cruising with Octopus and it was great. The logistics were straightforward (Ms. Nita at check-in was lovely and funny) and the cruising team (Shaka, Maurice, Chris and Izzy) really the trip wonderful. Thanks for the smooth cruising, good music and tasty treats. I would recommend and while there were about 30 people onboard, it didn't feel crowded. Next time perhaps I'll try a sunset cruise for the views but the daytime (1pm) session was GREAT!
