Sluit je aan bij het Edwart Atelier en zet jezelf in de schoenen van een chocolatier. Ligt vlak voor de Tuileries-tuin, ontdek onze productiemethoden, duik in chocolade maken en breng uw creaties naar huis om indruk te maken op uw vrienden en familie! Deze workshop wordt aanbevolen voor volwassenen, gezinnen en kinderen van 12 jaar en ouder. In deze workshop maken we met de hand gerolde en gedoopte pralinés rochers, helemaal opnieuw gemaakt. Elke deelnemer vertrekt met een diploma, alle recepten en een kenmerkende Edwart-geschenkzak gevuld met chocolaatjes die je zelf hebt gemaakt! NB: Klassen worden toegevoegd aan het schema op basis van vraag en beschikbaarheid, dus bedankt voor het controleren van uw berichten om de starttijd te bevestigen. We doen ons best om samen met alle klanten en chocolatiers de beste organisatie en planning voor iedereen te bedenken! Door ons een bericht te sturen met meerdere opties of een venster met uw beschikbaarheid vergroot u de kans dat we uw feest kunnen accommoderen.

It's a course suitable for everyone, even those who have no experience in pastry, and the great thing is that it can be replicated at home, so it can be useful! Of course they teach how to make simple chocolates, not the ones that are actually sold, so we might suggest doing a level 2 which would be interesting as well. During the course then you also have a tasting of the chocolates that are actually sold and you go home with those you made together with the other classmates:-) It 'a fun and different experience from usual!

Fun interesting session to make and learn about chocolate. My two teenage kids had fun and I learned news things about chocolate and how to make some rochers. The gourmet chocolate tasting was also a nice treat as was the fruits of your labor; hand made chocolates! Our professor was really nice as was his partner who led the tasting. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and noise of Paris for a bit. Only drawback was the place was a bit small so it felt cramped at times but it worked out fine. If you like chocolate, this one’s for you!

Lisa and her assistant were excellent instructors. We enjoyed learning how to create praline rochers and all of the tips and techniques for making an excellent chocolate! This was 100% hands-on workshop, and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for a fun morning, especially if you are going to be visiting the Louvre later, as it is within walking distance of the chocolate shop.

From the moment we entered the shop, the staff at Edwart Chocolatiers was nothing short of warm. Our teacher, Elise, was so wonderful and kind! We all had a blast, such a wholesome fun experience to share with friends and family!

This experience took approx. an hour and was filled with fun. Lisa was a blast to work with and was a definite expert in chocolate. We did do some hands-on chocolate making with her assistance. This is a quick fun activity to do with older children 13+ and adults. We were able to make an abundance of chocolate to go as well as a tasting and receiving a little discount on other items that we purchased in store. The shop is located on a main street and has ease of access.
