Great experience. Discovering the city from another view. And very beautiful when night falls with all the illuminations. Too bad, however, that after a few drops of rain, the "roof" was closed and never reopened, even though the "rain" only lasted a few minutes. We were on the terrace at that time and didn't even get wet. We had a table by the water, but given the heat inside, we didn't go back. Decent buffet. Classic selection and some regional specialties. Perhaps cleared away too quickly to move on to desserts. If you want to go back for seconds, you have to wait in line. We would have appreciated being able to go back at a quieter time.
Nice boat trip but the food did not correspond to what you paid for, and most of the “warm” food was cold.
A great boat trip with a delicious dinner buffet so a different way to experience Prague. The tour started in daylight but ended when it got dark so we also had a chance to see Prague lit up from the water. The whole boat trip was overall a nice experience. The staff who served were a little too stressed and could well learn to smile a little more at their customers. When paying, they assumed that they would get tips (where the minimum amount is 10% of the bill) and got mad when we didn't want to tip them, but the service didn't live up to the level it should do.
The Prague boat cruise was one of the most misleading experiences of our trip. The advertisement prominently promoted "unlimited drinks," which naturally gives the impression that guests will have access to a selection of beverages throughout the cruise. In reality, the only drink that was truly unlimited was water. On arrival, each guest received one complimentary drink, and our package included a single bottle of wine. However, this package cost approximately €90 more than the standard option, making the value for money extremely poor. Paying an extra €90 for what essentially amounted to one welcome drink and one bottle of wine felt excessive, especially when the cruise was advertised as including "unlimited drinks." While other drinks were technically available, they were either not included or came with restrictions that were not made clear before booking. The marketing felt intentionally vague, and we only discovered what "unlimited drinks" actually meant once we were on board. If you're expecting unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, or cocktails, you will likely be disappointed. Beyond the drinks, the cruise itself was average. The views of Prague from the river were beautiful, but that's something any boat on the Vltava can offer. The overall experience didn't justify the premium price or the expectations created by the advertising. Customer service also wasn't particularly helpful when guests questioned the drinks policy, simply pointing to the fine print rather than acknowledging how misleading the main advertisement was. The advertising should be much clearer. If the only unlimited beverage is water, that should be stated prominently rather than using the broad phrase "unlimited drinks," which most people would reasonably interpret to include a variety of beverages. Overall, the scenery was lovely, but the misleading advertising left a sour impression and overshadowed the experience. Between the confusing marketing and paying an additional €90 for just one welcome drink and one bottle of wine, I cannot say the upgraded package was worth the money. I would recommend looking at other Prague river cruises that are more transparent about what is actually included.
Other than being a little confused about meeting point, a fantastic evening. Entertainment was fab and lovely buffet and super service .
The route was great. Seeing so much of Prague in 3 hours was wonderful. The night view was awesome. The food - served buffet style- was mediocre.
The meeting point that appears on Google is not quite the right one. You have to remember to go down to the docks across from the meeting point.
Easy to find the dock. The boat was Grand Bohemia. Acceptable price. We booked Exclusive - window seat guarantee. The views were fantastic. Limited choices and the quality of the food was just OK. Long queue for buffet dinner. Live music was really good. Polite staffs. Pleasant atmosphere. The upper deck was a little bit cold but had an amazing view. Funny and relaxing night.
A relaxing evening with great food and music … service was great views spectacular… a great way to end a day
Sophie was a great guide who had fun drinking games and kept our interest for the whole tour with her historical stories
