Wij bieden een intieme ervaring voor slechts 10 personen, waarbij elke passagier als een vriend wordt behandeld. Onze reis begint in de jachthaven van Douro (Afurada), aan pier C, waar onze lokale bemanning u met een glimlach opwacht om u door het hart van Porto te leiden. We voeren tussen de oevers van Porto en Gaia en vierden de geschiedenis van de zes bruggen met een zintuiglijke reis langs de wijnen van Portugal. Terwijl het landschap zich voor onze ogen ontvouwt, serveren we een zorgvuldig samengestelde selectie: we beginnen met de frisheid van Vinho Verde, gaan verder met de elegantie van Rosé in Ribeira en bereiken de intensiteit van Tinto bij Ponte D. Maria, alles vergezeld van een schotel met lokale producten. Zoals te verwachten viel, sloten we af met een toast met portwijn. Of het nu gaat om een wandeling in de zon of het magische uur van de zonsondergang, waarbij we, als de zee het toelaat, de zon in de Atlantische Oceaan zien zakken, wij garanderen een ontspannen, vriendelijke en onvergetelijke sfeer.

Afurada is een van de grootste troeven van uw product. In tegenstelling tot de toeristische drukte van Ribeira of Cais de Gaia, biedt Afurada een sfeer van authenticiteit en exclusiviteit.
Een van de meest iconische bruggen van Porto, ingehuldigd in 1963, die destijds de grootste gewapende betonnen boog ter wereld had.
Grote tuinen met panoramisch uitzicht over de rivier de Douro, pauwen, sculpturen en diverse rustige uitkijkpunten.
Het Alfândega Nova-gebouw (Porto), in het historische centrum van de stad aan de oevers van de Douro, en de omvang van het historische pand dat is gerestaureerd door de met de Pritzkerprijs bekroonde architect Eduardo Souto Moura, maken deze ruimte tot de ideale locatie voor evenementen zoals congressen, diners, tentoonstellingen en concerten, naast andere soorten evenementen.

De beroemdste brug van Porto, gebouwd in de 19e eeuw, met een imposante metalen constructie en twee dekken.
Een moderne brug, ingehuldigd in 2003, met een grote betonnen boog en een weids uitzicht over de stad.
Een oude spoorbrug uit de 19e eeuw, ontworpen door de ingenieur Gustave Eiffel.
De brug die het verst stroomopwaarts in het centrum van Porto ligt, werd in 1995 ingehuldigd om de verkeersdrukte op de andere bruggen te verlichten.
Het Douro-estuarium – Foz is het gebied waar de rivier de Douro in de Atlantische Oceaan uitmondt, in de regio Foz do Porto. Het staat bekend om zijn stranden, kustpromenades en natuurlijke landschappen waar de rivier en de oceaan samenkomen, waardoor het een populaire plek is voor recreatie en natuurobservatie.

This was a fantastic experience, turned out it was only my wife and I on the cruise which was fantastic. Lots of info about the river, the bridges and the city with the sunsetting as well travelled up and down the river. The wine tasting was first class but the real highlight was going out into the bay and sitting at the front of the boat to watch the sun finally set below the horizon.

Booked this boat ride last minute with my two daughters, and it was a perfect way to end our last night in Porto. The boat was very clean and comfortable; the guide was informative and friendly; and the captain and skipper were safe, helpful and well experienced boaters. The snacks and wine were perfect and so were the amazing views and sunset. Highly recommend!

We booked this boat trip as a way to finish our holiday on a high and we were not dissapointed. The crew were very welcoming and friendly. The young lady, Annie I think her name was, was particularly friendly, serving us drinks and a charcuterie board to share. She also told us some interesting facts about the bridges and sights along the river. We had a lovely view of the sunset over the atlantic before heading back to dock. it was a great experience and a fitting end to a wonderful time in Porto

We took this sunset cruise on the Douro on July 3rd, and it was hands down the highlight of our entire Porto trip, which is saying a lot since Porto has so many highlights. If I had to sum it up in one word: magical. We went in expecting a nice ride under the six bridges with a glass of port at the end. What we got far exceeded that. We were the only two passengers on board, so we stretched out at the front of the boat with pillows and blankets (the crew brought these out as the evening cooled), sipping several different wines throughout the trip, not just the port at the end, and enjoying a beautifully arranged charcuterie board along the way. We learned so much about the history and culture along the Douro as we passed under each of the six bridges, and then the boat continued out into the Atlantic just in time for sunset. Watching the sky change color over the water after a full evening of wine and stories is a memory I will cherish for years to come. I don’t know if every trip is this intimate, but the level of care we received made it feel personal and not at all touristy. If you are debating whether this experience is worth it, it absolutely is. A spectacular way to spend an evening in Porto.

The boat tour is a great way to take in the sights and history of Porto. We got lucky and only had two other people on the cruise with us. The boat ride was relaxing, the port was delicious, and the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. A fun start to my vacation!

This was the highlight of our trip!! The crew, Isabel, Luis, Ines, and Raquel were absolutely the best! So attentive and knowledgeable. We learned about the history of Porto and the 6 bridges sailing on the beautiful Duoro River while sampling delicious Porto wines and snacks. We soaked in the views of beautiful Porto and Gaia and ultimately the incredible sunset. A 10/10 experience

Wonderful evening with an amazing crew I booked a small group experience and there were just the two of us and crew We had first class attention ! Luis the captain was very welcoming and friendly and we felt very safe on board Gabriela (assistant to captain) provided excellent wine and snacks (nice touch) the port was fabulous Maria (guide) was very knowledgeable about Porto the bridges and the Portuguese culture the love for her country shone through (hope she enjoys the 24/6 celebration ) Despite the rain, cloud and no sunset the experience was amazing I would definitely do this again on my next visit !!
