Our driver was not at the airport when we arrived. After making five calls to the tour operator, our driver arrived over an hour later. The company explained that it was their fault in the booking process. When our driver arrived, instead of taking us out the nearest exit door (as all of the other companies picking up their guests) he took us on a long walk to a parking garage. My friend, who has a bad back, was pushing a cart full of heavy luggage. The driver was also walking a fast pace which made it hard for the three of us to keep up. In the end, Viator did refund half of the trip cost.

We received a message after paying that they didn’t go to the requested location and said the booking was cancelled, but we didn’t get a refund

Highly recommend! Our driver, Fillip, was amazing! He messaged me before we landed and informed us each step of the way until we reached the meeting location within the airport. He talked about some of the sights we passed on the way to the hotel and even recommended some local foods. Such a great experience!
