Highly recommend BBDouro both for general visitors and those with specific needs. My husband and I are experienced independent travellers with keen interests in history and environmental issues, but now my husband is disabled and mostly walks with a wheeled walker. BBDouro's team answered our email enquiries quickly and accurately, and helped my husband down to the boat and on board. The skipper and his colleague gave us a great introduction to the history of Porto and the region as well as to the marine environment. The yacht was extremely comfortable and the trip included a free glass of port, wine or soft drink. After the two hour trip, which included up to the Luis I bridge and down to the Atlantic, the BBDouro team helped my husband back to the quayside and ordered a taxi for us. (Note: if there is heavy traffic it can take 45 -50 min to get from Porto centre to the Douro Marina). I noticed too that BBDouro offer sailing courses - for my retirement?!

The boat tour with Marina and Andre was absolutely wonderful. The views were spectacular and the whole ride was truly extraordinary. Marina and Andre provided magnificent service—both were very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire experience. They made the tour relaxing, enjoyable, and very special. The scenery from the boat was breathtaking and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful views and an unforgettable experience
