Geniet van een onvergetelijke ervaring aan boord van een stijlvol jacht terwijl je zachtjes over de rivier de Douro vaart. Geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht op Porto en Vila Nova de Gaia, terwijl je rustig langs de meest iconische monumenten glijdt in een serene en elegante omgeving. De reis bevat korte schilderachtige stops, zodat je de tijd hebt om prachtige foto's te maken en van de bezienswaardigheden te genieten - waaronder de zes beroemde bruggen die de twee steden met elkaar verbinden. Nadat we het stedelijke deel van de rivier hebben verkend, gaan we richting de monding van de Douro, waar je wordt omringd door de natuurlijke schoonheid en het kalme water van het natuurreservaat van de Douro Estuary, een beschermd gebied van grote ecologische waarde. Deze ervaring is perfect voor koppels, gezinnen of groepen vrienden (tot 12 personen) en biedt een verfijnde, comfortabele en gastvrije sfeer - zowel in een privé- als in een gedeelde omgeving.

De navigatie vindt plaats op de rivier de Douro, vertrekkend vanuit de Douro Marina en over de Arrábida-brug, langs de riviergebieden van Porto en Vila Nova de Gaia, naar de D. Luís-brug, waar u verschillende korte stops maakt om de historische landschap en het uitvoeren van fotosessies. Vervolg van de route, langs de Dom Henrique-brug, Maria Pia-brug, São João-brug en uitzicht op de Freixo-brug. Tijdens de navigatie passeren we de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Porto en Vila Nova de Gaia, namelijk het Crystal Palace en de Alfândega do Porto waar talloze tentoonstellingen en concerten worden gehouden, het riviergebied met zijn enorme historische erfgoed, de Sé-kathedraal, de Clérigos Toren, het Serra do Pilar-klooster en de verschillende portwijnkelders. Keer terug naar Douro Marina nadat u de monding van de rivier de Douro bent overgestoken om het prachtige landschap van het natuurreservaat Douro Estuary te observeren.

- De ervaring wordt alleen uitgevoerd als de bevaarbaarheidsomstandigheden gunstig zijn. Bij annulering vanwege ongunstige bevaarbaarheidsomstandigheden, krijgt u een andere datum of een volledige terugbetaling aangeboden.
- Tijdens de privétour neemt alleen uw groep deel.
- Als u naar de boeg van het jacht gaat, wordt u mogelijk gevraagd uw schoenen uit te doen om de matrassen en vezels van de boot te beschermen.
- De ervaring heeft maximaal 12 deelnemers.
- Als u bij privérondleidingen niet op de geplande tijd verschijnt, wordt de resterende tijd van de rondleiding in beslag genomen.
- Bij gedeelde tours behoudt de ervaringsaanbieder zich het recht voor om de ervaring op het geplande tijdstip te starten, maar er geldt een tolerantie van 10 minuten.
- Als u niet op de dag van vertrek komt opdagen, gaat het totale bedrag van de reservering verloren.

I travel on the see excursions all the time. Always a great experience. I wasn't as pleased with this one as usual. We got upgraded to a larger boat right as we were taking off and that was nice. However I don't think the boat was ready for us. The captain and Ines were extremely nice and Ines was very knowledgeable. The snack was. A little cup of hard cookies. We were offered wine, sangria, beer or water. they came back twice and said they were out of what we ordered. The only option was white wine or beer. There was no water! Not a great service cruise. Usually when we go on these it's unlimited and they have an assortment. Disappointed in this one. The scenery was nice.
Santiago was very knowledgeable guide and seemed to care about his guests. Over 30 people showed up for the tour, so Santiago broke the group in half and got a 2nd guide. This is a very strenuous tour due to all the hills in Porto, so be aware.
This sunset yacht experience was the best experience we had in Portugal. Nancy was communicative and Hugo was very friendly. We are a family of 4-2 adults and 2 kids. Boys hung out with Hugo so well. He was sweet. Nancy made sure our experience was premium. They took us for the bridges tour and the.n we did the last 30 minutes watching the most beautiful sunset ever. I totally recommend this tour for everyone visiting Porto and that will make your trip to the next level.

A beautiful 4 hour tour of the city of Porto. Our driver Tiago was on time. He really knew the city well and the suggestions that he gave us on restaurants and just really having a lot of fun was very helpful. If you do this tour, he is your man. Thank you.

We had a truly wonderful time on this Douro River cruise. The atmosphere was calm and never felt crowded — even with around 10 of us onboard, the yacht had ample space to spread out across the front, top, and back decks. We were greeted with a welcome drink (sangria), which was delicious. I accidentally spilled mine while trying to change seats (a little embarrassing!), but the crew was incredibly kind and quickly replaced it without hesitation — a small gesture that made a big impact. It's thoughtful touches like this that elevate a good experience into a great one. The cruise took us all the way to the mouth of the Atlantic, where the Douro River meets the ocean. Turning back from there was a surreal moment — the view of Porto and Gaia unfolding together was simply breathtaking. It made me think of what it must have felt like for the first sea explorers returning home — truly a goosebumps moment. One tip: our tour started around 7 PM to catch the sunset, and by 8 PM it got quite chilly — especially out on the open water. The crew kindly provided blankets, but I’d highly recommend checking the weather and bringing a warm sweater or jacket, even in summer. I highly recommend doing this experience on your first day in Porto, as it offers the perfect welcome — both scenic and soulful.

We spent a beautiful afternoon on the river with Nancy and Fernando. They have a lovely boat, know the area well and obviously enjoy sharing the beauty of Porto with others. The bridges are all different and have a history and we loved learning more about each one.
