What an amazing evening! ...Anna was wonderful--as both a singer and host for the evening. ..The spirit of the music truly moved through her heart and soul. Magical and most memorable experience.
This was a great experience. I enjoyed listening to the music as well as the story behind Fado and the instruments used while performing it. Everyone was professional and showcased each other's talent.
The singer is very elegant and has a good voice. She explained the varieties of fado very well, and the venue was excellent, as were the accompanying musicians.
The historic hall provided a stylish backdrop for the two wonderful guitarists and an expressive singer. We had imagined Fado to be somehow "sadder," meaning more somber and in more minor tones. But we enjoyed it, and we would recommend the performance.
We really enjoyed this performance. It started with a glass of wine, juice or water. It was a relatively small audience of about 50 people. It was amazing to see the skill of the players and the lady singing had an amazing voice. This was a last-minute purchase for us and it will be something fondly look back on.
The show was very enjoyable & they explained about the music & instruments. We're served delicious port wine.

There are no words. It gets into your heart and gives you goose bumps for life. Fantastic place, wonderful stay, with an elegant, cozy atmosphere and with the voice of Ana Margarida, and the music of two wonderful masters, magic. I was prejudiced by "tourist shows." Proven that prejudice is foolish, as I would have regretted if I hadn't attended. From the reception, to the performance, the complete explanations about fado and its instruments and peculiarities, to the end, were superb. Elegant, exciting and, I'm sorry to repeat myself, wonderful. Must-see activity. Bravo!!!!!
In the title there's already a bit of everything. Anna in addition to singing in a wonderful way ruled the scene giving explanations about the musical instruments used and the type of Fado she practiced involving the audience in the finale in a song. Very good also the two musicians on guitars one of them with a beautiful voice. If Fado = Destiny, I will come back to hear them again if fate brings me back to Porto. Despite being the only Italian in the room Anna translated what she explained both in Italian in addition to English, French, Portuguese. This review was not influenced by the two glasses of wine tasted :-)

Amo profondamente la lingua italiana ed è per me un immenso piacere parlare quante più lingue possibile durante lo spettacolo; voglio che ogni persona in sala, indipendentemente dalla sua provenienza, si senta parte della nostra storia. Faccio tutto con il cuore e con la massima attenzione verso chi sceglie di dedicarci il proprio tempo. Il vino di Porto è un piccolo "mimo", una coccola che adoro offrire per completare l'esperienza. E sì, lo confesso: quando mi chiedono un secondo bicchiere, non so proprio resistere e lo offro sempre con gioia! Sono felice che abbiate apprezzato anche il talento dei miei musicisti e la voce di uno di loro. Se il Fado è davvero il Destino, spero sinceramente che vi riporti presto a Porto per un'altra serata di condivisione, musica e, naturalmente, un altro brindisi insieme! This was our first experience with Fado music and we enjoyed it very much. It’s a unique locally inspired style of music. The instruments used are somewhat unique to this music. The vocals are similar to an intimate opera. Combining the two for a lovely musical experience.
