If I could give this a million stars I would. Book this right now, unforgettable experience they make you feel so special and are extremely knowledgeable of the area. They respect your space and allow you to enjoy the experience. My friend and I got to put our own music, they took pictures for us, welcoming drinks and snack. So so SO good. If time allows, we will be back for sunset option!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Porto! The small-group setting made the experience feel so much more intimate and relaxing compared to the larger boats. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, enjoyed a port wine at the end of the cruise, and there were additional drinks available to purchase throughout. Our guide was fantastic. She friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting information about Porto and the landmarks along the river. Also incredibly attentive, even handing out blankets as the temperature dropped around sunset, which was such a thoughtful touch. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to catch one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Must do when visiting Porto!!!
We had a very good time! Magnificent landscapes and a very pleasant boat trip. The yacht is very comfortable and the crew very warm! It's a must-do 200%, go for it!

It’s incredible to think this is probably the highlight of a vacation for many people and for us, it’s just a night out on our city. This is out ?second ?third sailing with Anselmo and it’s lovely. We always feel like we are just out with some good friends on the river. Porto is a beautiful city and seeing it from the river is incredible. As our guide, Anselmo’s daughter Rita, told us, time was only the poor people lived by the river; today, it’s reversed. There’s definitely a very different story experience of Porto to be had from a sailboat rather than a tour bus. Besides the tour itself the hospitality onboard is amazing. Drinks and snacks are offered onboard. Floating down the Douro, gazing at the sunset with a glass of port on hand truly is one of the great Porto moments. I heartily recommend Diamanterdouro to experience it for yourself.
It was the perfect way to spend an evening in Porto. Our host was so so lovely, she told us it was her first time leading the trip and she was so amazing and friendly. The drinks were all really good. As a solo traveller it was perfect and I didn’t feel awkward at all, in fact everyone on the boat made friends haha, so I had some really interesting chats. At the end we were taken out into the ocean to watch the sunset and it was truly breathtaking. Perfect! 🫶
It was absolutely amazing trip with very kind hosts, with interesting insights into the history and contemporary stories of the city. Seeing the bridges of Porto and then heading to the Atlantic for the sunset was a great combination. Also good for older children, my 10year old was not a second bored during these 2 hours. Thanks for a great experience!
