Very thorough history and background on cathedral and Sao Bento Station on 2 hour tour (without bookstore or palace). Guide very knowledgeable and friendly! Even though only myself and partner signed up, he gave just the two of us a tour! The only thing is the itinerary listed does not make it very clear what is not included in the two hour tour. I thought we would see a few more of the sites listed on the itinerary, although I knew we would not go inside the library or palace. So a little disappointed in that.

We took the walking tour with Luiz who was a wonderful representative of Porto. He provided a really nice history of the city while showing us some of the highlights. He made recommendations as to places we may wish to include during our visit (including restaurants) and also expressed his opinion as to sites that might not be as interesting. His pace was gentle in this hilly city for the two of us into our 70s. His command of English was very good and he was easy to hear even in the midst of other tours. We highly recommend Luiz.

Luiz was a great tour guide. The tour was the perfect amount of time (2 hours). While I enjoy guided tours my family typically does not. When we were finished they all agreed that the tour was great and they were glad I booked it. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Porto to book this specific tour.
