Please do not send driver to pickup anyone. I received an email that my driver would arrive at 08:17, he arrived at 08:40. I paid for a luxury car, the driver had a dirty Fiat! He appeared as though he just woke up from bed with a hang over. The car stopped twice on the expressway/highway; which is very DANGEROUS! It appeared as though he did not know how to operate a stick shift. He didn't know when to shift the gears which caused the car to stop. Overall the experience with the driver was HORRIBLE!
Very professional and friendly. Got us on time and knew how to avoid traffic. We were happy with the service
Our driver was punctual and friendly, even at 2:30am. Leading up to the date, I felt so at ease knowing we would have transportation for five people (and five suitcases) to get to the airport on time for an early morning flight, instead of trying to rely on multiple Ubers. Highly recommend!
I contacted several times for confirmation of after pick up and time, one response with driver info, SEVERAL attempts to confirm and contact driver. NO RESPONSE…..I had to book another service. They NEVER showed up. I contacted Viator and TWICE refused to refund me. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Ridiculous!!!
Was a four passenger sedan with barely enough room for all luggage for four passengers. Trip to airport was fast as it was 630 in the morning and since driver was at times traveling up to 160 km/hr.
