Omdat er geen reserveringen nodig zijn of geaccepteerd worden op de trolley, krijgt u pas bevestiging van een zitplaats bij het volgende vertrek waar nog zitplaatsen beschikbaar zijn nadat u uw voucher heeft ingewisseld voor een pas bij het loket. Als u van plan bent vóór 13.00 uur aanwezig te zijn, verzoeken wij u uw voucher in te wisselen bij halte 1 om er zeker van te zijn dat u een zitplaats heeft. Met een voucher en ervan uitgaande dat er ruimte is op de trolley, kunt u bij elke halte instappen, maar wissel uw voucher in voor een ticket wanneer u bij halte 1 aankomt.

Disappointed that we were not made aware that there was a modified route when purchasing online through thos site. As a result of the Pride parade 4 of the 10 stops were eliminated. It was also disappointing that we purchased our tickets at full price and the person at the kiosk was offering the tickets for $25. Don't think I will be using your service again.
We're sorry the tour was not up to its normal route. The parade had a much different police response than previous years and shut down access to some stops. We responded to all our guest via text as soon as we knew in real time. There was no way to plan for this in advance. If you booked directly with us we were able to issue partial refunds. We started offering discount tickets to walk-up guests because the route was modified.
Due to the parade in town, we missed three stops, which was disappointing but understandable. The company did refund us $10 on our ticket. The scenery was beautiful especially the Rose garden in Washington Park.

The lady that drove the trolley was great! She pointed a lot of extra interesting sites out and made the tour extra fun. Great way to get an overview of the city and get around without having to Uber to sightsee

It was a really great way to spend a day in Portland. I boarded at 10:45, and finished around 5pm. It was really relaxed and easy; I was a little anxious about the hop-on/hop-off, but it was very straightforward. Saw some amazing things and places, really good guides, great value – especially with groupon – and just a really good experience. Some of the stops are probably better on other days, like the Saturday Market is probably better on a Saturday lol, but I was able to find enough stuff to fill 45 minutes every time I hopped off. I had fun and I got some great pictures,

Very interesting and fun, we had a great time the zoo took 2.5-3 hours so we did skip other things as we run out of time.....

We picked up the trolley at stop 7 which was a short walk from our hotel which was convenient. The driver was very welcoming. Both the driver and the pre-recorded narrations were very informative. We accidentally double booked the tour :( and brought it to the attention of the operators at Stop 1. They were very accommodating at helping us to apply for a credit for the second booking. We really enjoyed the tour, and highly recommend it at the beginning of your trip to the area to get your bearings and identify places to visit in the Portland area.

This was a great tour. It lived up to its billing and you won't be disappointed if you take this tour. Definitely a 5!! Dan, our tour driver and guide was so knowledgeable and a great driver too.
