Vertrekkend vanuit Portimão Marina, neemt deze ervaring je mee de open oceaan in om dolfijnen te ontmoeten en de indrukwekkende rotsformaties van de Algarve kustlijn te verkennen. Op zee krijg je de kans om dolfijnen te zoeken in hun natuurlijke habitat, vergezeld door een mariene bioloog die uitleg geeft over de meest voorkomende soorten in de regio, hun gedrag en fascinerende feiten over het zeeleven. De meest voorkomende soorten zijn de gewone dolfijn (Delphinus delphis) en de tuimelaar (Tursiops truncatus). Deze activiteit wordt meestal uitgevoerd op de Belize III catamaran, uitgerust met een toilet en gratis WiFi. The activity was very good, we managed to see two types of dolphins quite close and we saw them right away, we liked the cave quite a bit and the view of the cliffs and the beaches was spectacular, at the end of the activity you can take a dip in the sea (if you can handle the cold water well). I have two complaints, due to there being so much overcrowding of boats and kayaks to enter the cave, you can only enter with the boat for a couple of minutes to take some quick photos and regarding the language, we booked the activity in Spanish, but they did it in Portuguese and English, they should respect the contracted conditions.
A great experience seeing the dolphins and the coastline of the Algarve. The crew were fantastic and knowledgeable. Great price as well!
Everything good in general, but we had quite strong wind…they gave us some raincoats (thank goodness), full to see the dolphins I didn't get wet almost at all (all laughs), but on the way back…believe me you curse it!, there were more dolphins 40 min throwing water at me and at the whole side…cold..cold…and cold, the worst experience of the summer… and I know!!, that neither the boat, nor the company were to blame…it was the wind….
