Ontmoet de dolfijnen van de bewoners en berijd het boomnet tijdens de dagelijkse cruise om dolfijnen te spotten, met een slagingspercentage van 99 procent bij het spotten van dolfijnen! (Optie op eigen kosten.) Maak kennis met vriendelijke reuzen tijdens een cruise om walvissen te spotten (mei tot november).
Geniet van het spectaculaire uitzicht op het prachtige Port Stephens en verder vanaf de iconische Gan Gan Hill, een van de hoogste punten in de omgeving De topattracties die je zult zien zijn de uitgestrekte blauwe baai, de opvallende landtongen Yacabba en Tomaree, het prachtige Tomaree National Park en de torenhoge Stockton Bight-zandduinen. Je kunt zo ver naar het noorden kijken als Hawks Nest en naar het zuiden langs het langste strand van NSW naar Newcastle.
We stoppen voor een heerlijke lunch in het restaurant met zijn weidse uitzicht over Port Stephens Waterway.
We rijden rond de waterkant van het prachtige Port Stephens naar Little Beach voor een aantal ideale fotomomenten. De waterkant van Little Beach heeft zowel een grasveld als een strand, een ideale plek voor een snelle duik als je wat zwemmers meeneemt! Het strand is ideaal voor jonge kinderen met zijn zandvlakte en zachte wateren en is ook populair bij lokale pelikanen.
Geniet van je unieke Sand Boarding Adventure (optie op eigen kosten) Stap aan boord van op maat gemaakte off-road voertuigen voor de korte, springerige rit naar de grootste bewegende zandmassa op het zuidelijk halfrond. De duinen strekken zich 32 kilometer uit, dat is de hele lengte van Stockton Beach en kunnen meer dan 40-50 meter hoog worden, dat is als een gebouw van 10 verdiepingen. Alleen al de uitzichten zijn spectaculair. Krijg volledige instructies en transport. Gebruik handgemaakte, speciaal ontworpen boards die gemaakt zijn voor maximale snelheid. Klim dan naar de top van de duinen, spring op je zandplank, glijd naar beneden en herhaal!
Geweldige ervaring eindigt met een drop-off terug naar de deur van je stadsaccommodatie (als je ervoor kiest om de veerboot van Homebush niet terug naar het stadscentrum te nemen).

Mike gave us a great tour of Port Stephens. A little bit of rain but it didn't stop us from having fun sand boarding and quad biking. We also had a great lunch at the bowling club. I highly recommend Mike if you want a private tour.

Love this experience! Saw many dolphins and they are spectacular. Sandboarding was fun. Unfortunately no camel rides available. The guide, James is really nice. The only thing that viator could improve is to let us know we could swim in the cruise (the guides may not know since they are not allowed on the cruise) so we could make preparations.

Our guide James is friendly and approachable. He's patient and managed to bring us to our attractions despite tight deadlines because of unforeseen delays. We had fun with the camel and watching the dolphins is truly mesmerizing. We even went to Newcastle which is impressive. Kudos to Mike and James for the great arrangements.☺️

We had the most beautiful experience at Port stephens. The camel ride was such an incredible experience with the sand dunes,cool breeze and the ocean. Totally a phenomenal experience of acing all three elements that make it absolutey incredible!! The sandboarding was really amazing and we had all big smiles our face. Mike,the owner of Gobeyondtours is an amazing person to know and to have as a tour guide. We were short of time from the camel ride to the port stephens dolphin cruise. He spot on drove quickly and carefully and we made it just on time. The dolphin cruise is a super thumbs up and is a sure guarantee to see dolphins out of your ying yang!😍 We strongly recommend Gobeyondtours and they are a wonderful company to engage with eyes closed!

This was a wonderful day trip. Mike, the owner-driver was extremely warm and helpful. He managed to get close to out hotel to pick us up, despite the street’s being closed for the Marathon. We wee pleasantly surprised to have a private tour, even though it was not advertised as such. We spent the day at our pace. We chose to do the Reptile Park and had a great visit, which included a chance to pet a koala. In Port Stephens, we chose not to do the whale watch as my wife gets very seasick, so we spent the afternoon going from one gorgeous site to another.

This was a fantastic day at Port Stephens. The long hour drive was worth it. Lu was our driver cum guide who picked us up from our hotel and took us to some of the beautiful viewpoints. The first part of the day was a bit rainy and windy due to which we could not go on sand boarding but were able to savor nice views of the sand dunes and the beach. The second half of the day was pretty sunny when we boarded our cruise to see the whales. Being the migration season we were lucky to see quite a number of whales jump out of the water and swim along with our ship. It was an awesome experience. We were also able to spot some seals on the rocky islands. Many dolphins accompanied us on our way back during sunset. Overall this was such a fulfilling experience.
